I basically walked in with "celebration vibes" and blind optimism. Ended up grabbing a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and then needed help with a price adjustment. Despite the store being packed, Emily at checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Edwin came over, quickly handled the adjustment, and even knocked a little extra off for the inconvenience. No hassle, no attitude, just genuinely great customer service. It's easy to provide service when things go smoothly. It's more telling how people respond when there is a hiccup. Emily and Edwin made the experience easy and pleasant. Hats off to both of them for great attitudes and exceptional customer service.

While shopping around I ran into another employee who I had small talk with then I had asked him to use the bathroom. He had to go back to that area with me due to their policy & when I walked in I saw no toilet paper. He actually went into the bathroom & grabbed a roll that was in there & put it on the dispenser. I didn't have a problem doing it myself if he would of just pointed it out but he went above & beyond. I joked & said that must of been a man who didn't replace the empty roll and he agreed!! LOL When I came out he was in the area within eye's view & I told him how I loved the Bath & Body soap & said "that must of been a girls doing!" and he told me it was. He was really nice & friendly. While shopping in here I had thought of this product I had bought from a Lee's location before & was in one aisle looking for it. I couldn't remember the name of it?? I knew I'd know it if I saw it. I ran into another employee & asked him for his help. He wasn't really sure what I was looking for so I went to the guy @ the counter again & he was getting closer to what it was which helped me out by doing a google search then I found it and was able to show him a picture of it. He checked his computer system but found that no Lee's was carrying it anymore. Bummer...... I LOVE the fact that they carry the FREE Las Vegas Weekly magazines!! I had just sold my old car at CarMax located down the road and my dad requested that we stop by Total Wine & More before I took him home. I decided to go inside with him because I was curious what they had here. He had his eye on a specific type of white wine and thanks to someone here that helped him out, he ended up clearing out all of its' inventory, buying at least six bottles of this specific brand. It was a Riesling white wine but I don't remember the full name of it. He and my mom now have plenty of wine to go through over the next couple of months lol. Here, I thought to myself, I should buy myself a bottle of wine as well. At my dad's suggestion and since I'm a big fan of Chardonnay and other types of white wine, I picked up a Nobilis white wine straight out of Portugal. When I traveled to Europe a couple of years ago, I did a lot of white wine tastings and this is pretty much how my white wine palate peaked. I've yet to visit Portugal, though. I haven't opened this bottle yet, but I already know that I'll like it. Although I don't really frequent Total Wine & More, they have a wide variety of wine and alcohol choices to choose from.

Before I started my adult beverages hiatus on New Year's Day, I had made this a depot for 32 ounce Miller High Life and 32 ounce Bud Ice bottles. They have been my favorite adult beverages to close off the night. From seeing their modern beer shelves, I can say that Liquor Depot has a good selection of bottled beer and tall boys (24 ounce cans). Currently they are one of the few stores where I have been able to purchase 32 ounce Bud Ice bottles. From the outside, the exterior looks like the decades old shopping center it is in. Inside the store is modern, clean, and has the new store scent. Both the entrance door and window facing Sunset Road brings in the sunlight that provides a brightness to the ambiance. This sunlight shines on a solid selection of wine, liquor, spirits, beer, and numerous adult beverages. The Liquor Depot is a locally owned business. I am under the impression that two men own it. When I purchased my 32 ounce beer the owners provided friendly customer service. Owing to the fact that I knew the beer that I wanted right off the bat, I never had to ask them any particular questions about the adult beverages. If I did have a question, they gave me the impression that they would be glad to answer it. After a few visits here, I am impressed with Liquor Depot. Whenever my adult beverages hiatus comes to an end, I could see myself returning here.
