I was skeptical to spend $40 on a cartridge of CBD, when I could hust go somewhere else and get a cartridge of THC, but I was tired & didn't want to make anymore stops, so I went ahead and purchased it. I get home excited to try it, I attempt to connect it to my pen and the oil just starts leaking out on my hand. I call the number on the receipt immediately. The male employee that answers says: Oh, it's cool, just keep your receipt and bring it back up to the store and he will give me a new one and help me connect it to my pen. I'm like, great!! I tell him that I live far and I can't make it until the next day. He told me it would be fine and that he'd LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO LET THEM KNOW THE ISSUE AND THAT I WOULD BE COMING IN. I get there, NO NOTE was left for the employees to know who I was or what I was talking about. One girl tried helping me, she was really sweet, but apparently BEN (I guess the boss, whom she called to make sure she could give me a new cartridge) told her that she couldn't, because I probably tampered with the cartridge. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F**K ?!?!?!?! My frustrations were at an all time HIGH! I work right across the street from them and EVERY time I pass by, I cringe to see people spending money in there. Basically, I gave this company $40 just for NO REASON! NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! I know there has to be a mark up But the prices here are NOT just mark up. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM that takes advantage of tourist and/or people that may be under the influence or uneducated about the product. When I tried to speak calmly with the original sales associate She was EXTREMELY rude and started talking crap to my male companion after I walked away. It's a huge store w/a somewhat old school bank transaction type of check out area w/a spinning door that you put your items inside of. It was clean and very well organized w/great service. They had everything from snacks to alcohol to cigars. If you are in the area go check out this cool hidden gem.
