I had just sold my old car at CarMax located down the road and my dad requested that we stop by Total Wine & More before I took him home. I decided to go inside with him because I was curious what they had here. He had his eye on a specific type of white wine and thanks to someone here that helped him out, he ended up clearing out all of its' inventory, buying at least six bottles of this specific brand. It was a Riesling white wine but I don't remember the full name of it. He and my mom now have plenty of wine to go through over the next couple of months lol. Here, I thought to myself, I should buy myself a bottle of wine as well. At my dad's suggestion and since I'm a big fan of Chardonnay and other types of white wine, I picked up a Nobilis white wine straight out of Portugal. When I traveled to Europe a couple of years ago, I did a lot of white wine tastings and this is pretty much how my white wine palate peaked. I've yet to visit Portugal, though. I haven't opened this bottle yet, but I already know that I'll like it. Although I don't really frequent Total Wine & More, they have a wide variety of wine and alcohol choices to choose from.

I get home excited to try it, I attempt to connect it to my pen and the oil just starts leaking out on my hand. I call the number on the receipt immediately. The male employee that answers says: Oh, it's cool, just keep your receipt and bring it back up to the store and he will give me a new one and help me connect it to my pen. I'm like, great!! I tell him that I live far and I can't make it until the next day. He told me it would be fine and that he'd LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO LET THEM KNOW THE ISSUE AND THAT I WOULD BE COMING IN. I get there, NO NOTE was left for the employees to know who I was or what I was talking about. One girl tried helping me, she was really sweet, but apparently BEN (I guess the boss, whom she called to make sure she could give me a new cartridge) told her that she couldn't, because I probably tampered with the cartridge.
