Stopped here for lunch on a Friday with my husband .. We were craving hero's and I follow their instagram page the hero's always look so good and have been to the other restaurants affiliated with this one and I am obsessed so this was a no brainer!!!! We decided on the lunch specials I had a chicken vodka parm hero with a side of pasta fagioli soup and they were both so delicious the vodka sauce was just so yummy the chicken nice and thin !!!! My husband had the meatball hero with fries and was in heaven said the meatballs were sooooo good !! The sangria was delicious and my husband had a Stella ! We had such a great experience here! The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and quick to make things right when needed. We ordered the upside-down personal pan pizza with pepperoni, and it was absolutely delicious, crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. The linguine with meatballs and marinara was also amazing, topped with creamy ricotta and fresh basil. For drinks, I had the red sangria, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. My friend had a strawberry Limoncello spritz that she really enjoyed. We also tried a pistachio latte (so good!) and a Nutella cappuccino, both worth ordering again. The only thing that missed the mark was the cannolis; they were supposed to be pistachio and cookie butter but didn't really taste like either. However, our server was fantastic and immediately took them off the bill, which we really appreciated. What can I say? It's good pizza with prominent signage in a good location. If you drive along Richmond Road you will notice them easily and daydream about what it's like eating there. You will not be disappointed. They have a wide array of slices and rolls, all of which taste great. Customer service is polite and fast, as it should be. Yes! I saw on yelp that my favorite pizza place on Staten Island was closed but it turns out they just moved locations and have a different yelp page now! No better clam pie in all of Staten Island. Plus if you're with someone who doesn't want clam, the other half of the pie can be any white pie. Try white pie with mushrooms its amazing too! Not mention the appetizers are still the same leveled-up like the Garlic Soy Calamari or the Truffle Mushroom Arrancini. read more

The picnic table style creates such a snug and home-like vibe as you're enjoying/waiting for your meal. I ordered the eggplant rollatini for myself and the ricotta was seasoned so well, I couldn't get enough of it. I also split the Fig and Prosciutto Pizza with my boyfriend, which was the perfect balance of savory and sweet. However, my favorite of all had to have been the few buffalo calamari bites I tried from a friend's appetizer. Definitely recommend this place for a good comfort meal. read more

I went there first time and got a cheese pizza that tasted better than most of the other pizzerias in Staten Island. It had a good mix of tomato sauce and cheese. I then ordered online a few weeks later, a Classic personal pan pizza. I pick it up and go home to eat it. This was the worst pizza ,if I can call it that, that I've ever tasted. It was mostly almost an inch of doughy crust ,topped off with a thin layer of cheese and tomato sauce. It was like eating regular bread. read more

I came here on a whim with a group of 8 people because our other option was too busy and I do not regret it one bit! Me and my girlfriend split the fig and prosciutto pizza and the eggplant rollatini and they were both phenomenal. I also tried some of my friend's garlic knots and buffalo calamari and they were both also above average. This place lives up to its name and contains a very rustic vibe inside which is something very unique for a pizzeria. I found the service to be very efficient and the workers seemed to mostly keep to themselves but weren't hard to reach if we needed something. Not to mention everything here feels very reasonably priced and they have such a creative menu. As far as eat-in pizza places go I would have to give Rustic Pizza flying colors and I would recommend them over almost any eat-in pizzeria! I will be coming back for sure read more

First time trying this place and wish I had it sooner! We went here after Lee's had a 1 hour+ wait, but I'm going to look forward to eating here more. The setting for one is really nice. I love how older wood style (there's the rustic part). And the food itself- excellent. We weren't too hungry and only had the pictured upside down pizza and garlic knots. This place has great food tonight I had chicken parm with posta and fresh Mutts with Vodka Sauce. The chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork the posta was cooked perfectly and as always the Vodka Sauce was to die for. The staff here are so pleasant I never had a bad experience. This is a fantastic new-not so new-pizza restaurant in my neck of the woods, which I would recommend to anyone visiting or living in Staten Island. A genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere, with fabulous service and absolutely delicious food and drink. I've visited several times with brothers from my church and I can honestly say I've never had a less than stellar experience. Went to their new restaurant the other day. My wife had the pear salad which she loved ,I had the pork parmigiana, which was very good, sauce and pork were fabulous, BUT, the cheese was lousy. It looked like white paste, and was tasteless. Service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and spotless. Parking lot is tiny and you need a plan B in case you can't park. Ordered for first time. Meatball pizza, white pie ,eggplant parm hero and zucchini fries. Pizza was awful. Dry and tasteless. $80 and we threw it out. Was very disappointed in the food. May be different eating there but only thing we didn't throw out was eggplant. Zucchini fries were just breadcrumbs and oil.
