There is the main dinning room, as well as three additional private rooms for different sized parties. Service was great, the hostess and our server Matt were so warm and professional, Matt answered all of our questions and gave excellent service. The food and cocktails were delicious. I had the Chicken and waffles, served hot and the chicken had a nice crunch, I also had to have the Sally's French toast with Unicorn sugar, yes, I said Unicorn sugar! My drink was coconut caramel latte from the adult iced coffees menu. So delicious. One friend had the shrimp and avocado toast, she said it was great, her cocktail was Pineapple Mango Mojito Mocktail. I believe it was accompanied by a tzatziki sauce, which I had to pour all over to achieve some type of flavor. It was so disappointing and I had to ditch the 2nd half of it. The fries were good but nothing to run back for. The hookah was just okay. We ordered a premium flavor, but there was nothing premium about it. At times, it got very harsh and tasted very ashy. They did. so i went to ask him to change my seats, and he was extremely rude and obnoxious. I am a 65-year-old woman who is NOT going to argue with a child, so i watched the movie from my scooter. also, the food ordered was extremely cold and the meat was raw. i returned but they refused to give me a refund. and had, by no other choice, to get something else. And this is why i go now to the AMC in Staten Island. (And might i add that my husband and i were faithful customers of the alamo from the week they opened in Staten Island, until they started hiring young kids that have no manners. there is also the matter of payment, i would like to decide how much i should tip the server, which only came by me once. (since there is no light to call them), not everyone has a cell phone who scans. We sat inside with a beautiful view of the water. The vibe is quiet, waterfront and a little upscale, although with three kids, I'm pretty sure we were the ambiance that night . Our servers have known us for years and the service was great as always. We ordered approximately 7,000 appetizers lol. The rice balls are a MUST. They're small, crispy, served with honey and one of our favorites. Honestly, order your own because you're not going to want to share. The crispy rice with tuna was also outstanding--fresh tuna piled on top of perfectly crispy rice. We also had baked clams, flatbread, a summer salad and house salad, and everything was fresh and good. For my entrée, I got the zuppa di pesce with the spice held. The seafood was fresh without tasting fishy at all, and the tomato-garlic broth was delicious. The portion was HUGE. I'd absolutely order it again, but next time I'm sharing it with someone... especially after my 7,000 appetizers. Around the table, everyone was happy. The blackened mahi-mahi with coconut rice was delicious, the veal chop special was so tender my dad practically licked the plate clean, the penne vodka with shrimp was excellent, and the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes were a hit too.
