Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

I kept calling about when my car was going to be done every time I called he lied about it! Had to bring the car BACK TO THE SHOP, owner NEVER APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience!!!! My insurance paid him a check on June 4, he wouldn't repair my car till June 21, I felt like he should have Expeditiously fixed my car due to the fact his shop had possession of my vehicle for 63 days & he still returned my car to me unfinished!!!! I would not recommend ANYONE TO BRING THEIR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON!!
