Upon pulling into the lot (around 830am), I was immediately greeted by a technician walking out to diagnose another car. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting for quality work, and he didn't hesitate to offer military, and loyalty discounts to customers that came in. Absolutely recommend coming here and this will be my first (and only) stop for any maintenance that I don't do on any of my automobiles.

Then, after I got the issue fixed, I headed back to the shop to get my inspection sticker and they'd closed early for xmas eve! There was NO signage on the door. On the Friday following xmas, I headed out early before work to try and get the problem resolved again, and the shop was still closed with NO SIGNAGE stating they'd be closed- they also had no prompt on their answering service stating they'd be closed. Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.
