When in all reality a technician has already diagnosed the radiator to be clogged yet doesn't have time to replace it for said client. Could've been a easy couple hundred for a shop, and a couple hours for their hardworking techs but the host didn't stay in the phone long enough for the client to explain properly.

I brought my African American coworker to his shop for an A/C compressor repair. While we were in the lobby, LJ became very confrontational during a general conversation and used excessive profanity toward him. Despite that behavior, my coworker still allowed him to complete the A/C compressor job. LJ kept the vehicle for approximately five hours and later called to say the repair was complete. We arrived at the shop, paid $3,500, and LJ stated that the repair included a six-month warranty. However, immediately after leaving the shop, the vehicle was still blowing hot air. My coworker made a U-turn and returned to the shop to explain the issue. At that point, LJ became extremely aggressive, yelling and using profanity, stating that they had "just put a new compressor in." My coworker calmly responded by saying that since the repair was under warranty, he simply wanted the issue checked. LJ refused to inspect the vehicle and stated that he was not pulling the car back into the shop, telling him to "go somewhere else." In my opinion, the repair was overpriced, the customer service was unacceptable, and the interaction gave the impression that he was not welcoming or respectful toward people of color. Based on this experience, I would recommend others stay away.

I calmly asked if they had called him to let him know my car was waiting. The response I got was, "You can come pick up your car!" I was stunned. I said I never said I needed the car! I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well.
