It's been quite awhile since I've played this course. Unfortunately, I picked one of the hotter days of summer to do so, but it was still a good time. Pro shop folks were friendly, tee boxes and fairways were in good condition. One con: the automatic water filler on the back 9 was a nice touch, but the water was piping hot and undrinkable. Carts were clean. Boundary Oak is a great place to play... pretty challenging but not too hard. We'll be back!

Helped out with an event here, unfortunately the AC was out in the main space so it was very hot. But surprisingly everyone acclimated throughout the night, fans helped a lot but it was ok. The cocktail hour room was well air conditioned and the bridal suite room was convenient but still hot. It was too hot to take pics outside so we took pics up front. The servers were great and the food was pretty good. The children's plate of mac and cheese and chicken fingers were really good. Their brisket was so tender, the salads and options of food were really good! The driving range always seemed to be busy during the day whenever we went there for rehearsal or to check it out. The only unfortunate part on the hot day was not having AC.

This is a good challenging East Bay course. Plenty of dog legs, sand traps and enough water hazards to keep you honest. The staff in the pro shop was friendly. They have a pretty cool new driving range with launch monitors too. This would have been a 5 star review but to be honest, as a public course, the price was a little high for the course conditions., which weren't bad, but could be a little better. The carts are nice and kept up, not gps, but still very nice. Will definitely be back

I recently hosted my third bridal shower at Boundary Oak, and once again, it was absolutely flawless. At this point, I've become something of a serial matron of honor (dear lord, no more... I say that every time), and each time I'm tasked with planning a shower, I know exactly where to go. Boundary Oak has become my go-to for a reason. The venue is beautiful, the setting is perfect, and most importantly, the team is truly exceptional. Angelique and the staff are incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful in every step of the process. They make planning easy, even when you're juggling a hundred other wedding-related tasks. The space is bright, elegant, and adaptable for any vibe you're going for, and the views never fail to impress. The food is always a hit: fresh, well-presented, and something guests actually talk about afterward. And the staff during the event is just as amazing as the planning team: attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. After three showers here, I can confidently say that much of the praise I get for these events really belongs to Boundary Oak. They consistently deliver a smooth, high-quality experience that makes me look like I know exactly what I'm doing, even when I'm just trying to survive another round of bridal duties. If you're planning a bridal shower (or any celebration, really), I can't recommend them enough. I'll be back again... though hopefully as just a guest next time.

This review is just based on the driving range and practice area. I have not played the actual course yet, but I will make an update to this review when I do. Price: 4/5 The price here is very reasonable for a bucket of balls compared to other courses in the area. A large bucket of 90 balls is $10. A small bucket is $6. You can pay by credit card at the machine or you can purchase a ticket in the pro shop. Range: 2/5 The actual range is where my lower rating is coming from. This range is uphill and there is a huge dirt patch right in the main area of the range, making it more difficult to see where your ball lands. There are no flags on the markers and no signs or indicators on how far each marker is. The driving range mats are fairly worn down also. However, there is a shaded area over most of the mats, and the area around is nice. Practice greens/chipping area: 4/5 The practice greens are nice and they are located just behind the driving range. They were a little wet and soggy when I went out here, but I'm sure it is not like that all time. Regardless, it was still nice and I enjoyed it. Parking/Area: 5/5 There is a lot of parking around the range and the pro shop. It is easy to find. It is nestled along the hills of lime ridge and nice park is right near by if you have kids you want to bring there after playing.

This was my very first time golfing, and Boundary Oak Golf Course could not have been a better place to start! The views were absolutely extraordinary--rolling hills, gorgeous nature, and such a peaceful setting. The staff at the tap house were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right away. It was such a memorable experience, not just for the golf, but for the atmosphere and natural beauty all around. Can't wait to come back!

Boundary Oak Golf Course is a hidden gem! First of all the staff working the course were very friendly and helpful. The driving range was still closed for renovations but it looks really nice and should be open soon. The course has a very fun layout and test all aspects of your game. The conditions of the course are very good considering how much play it gets and the very low price point. I only paid $49 including cart on a Saturday at 12:30pm. The greens are challenging and fast. The place of play was a bit on the longer side but not terrible and kept moving. I would definitely play this course again. If you're in the area suggest you give it a try.

It's additional to do meet and greet with the farm animals. The total was $40 per person for our visit on a weekend. Once arrived, farmer Mike greeted us and walked us through the farm. They have donkeys and goats from Stardust Sanctuary you can see but cannot pet. We got to see pigs, bunnies, babydoll sheep, and highland cows. Farmer Mike was really patient with all the little ones on the tour and made sure to give precautions (don't chase the animals, etc). Overall we had a great time, at the end, farmer Mike even brought a baby pig for us to see and pet. Definitely an experience that is great for children, but my husband and I still enjoyed the tour.

The highlight of the experience was the owner's son, who led our tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about the animals. He answered questions thoroughly and did a great job engaging the group. Unfortunately, there was very little direct interaction with the animals, which was what we were most looking forward to. I understand this wasn't the farm's fault, but one parent allowed their child to repeatedly chase and disturb the animals, which made them understandably nervous and less willing to interact. It definitely affected the experience for everyone else. My biggest concern was the pricing. We paid over $100, yet others in our group paid much less and appeared to receive the exact same experience. That left us feeling like we didn't get good value for the amount we spent, especially since we chose this as a special birthday outing. Overall, the staff was wonderful, but for the price, I expected a more interactive experience. Like petting the animals. Because of that, I probably wouldn't return.

From the very beginning, Diane went above and beyond to help me plan this special day. She answered my many questions, worked through every accommodation with me, and made the entire booking process seamless. Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel like she was just as invested in the celebration as I was. By the end of the planning process, I had unofficially promoted her to honorary bridesmaid status. When we arrived, Valeria and Kayla were fantastic. They immediately jumped into "surprise mode," graciously playing along by checking us in at the host stand and escorting us to our table without giving anything away. Their teamwork helped keep the bride-to-be completely unsuspecting until she walked into a room full of family and friends. Valeria also accommodated my request to play a millennial throwback playlist, and every hit had us singing along--it was the perfect soundtrack for the afternoon. Our server, Skylar, was equally wonderful. She made excellent wine recommendations, was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and truly made us feel at home. Even after our reserved time had ended, she warmly invited us to stay and continue enjoying ourselves. What was supposed to be a two-hour brunch turned into nearly four hours of laughter, wine, and celebrating, and we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. The beautiful winery, delicious brunch, excellent wine, and stunning atmosphere were everything I had hoped for. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the people. Diane, Valeria, Kayla, Skylar, and the entire Murrieta's Well team created an experience that felt warm, personal, and genuinely special. Planning a surprise from start to finish can be stressful, but thanks to this incredible team, all I had to do was enjoy watching my best friend's reaction. Thank you for helping create memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to come back!
