When i picked Millie up, she had been stripped down to the skin. Her skin was BRIGHT RED like a burn. It turned out that Margie was not available and they turned my beauriful dog over to an unskilled employee---charged me for a professional master groomer but that is NOT what we got. We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back.They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. Our Bernedoodle is a little nervous at the groomer, but McKayla and her staff go out of their way to adapt to her needs to make sure she feels safe. We've been going for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The whole team is knowledgeable and kind and I trust them to take care of our dog, which is hard find these days.
