Woke up next day and seen there was a seperate $71 charge In my account. I tried contacting the bar was unable to get ahold of anyone. The next day seen that the unauthorized charge went from $71 to $91. had to drive all the way back to Headliners to speak with manager. The bartender stated manager was not in and to leave my contact information and they would call me and I have not heard from them. If I closed out my tab at $51 And left the bar there should have been NO more charges to my card at all. Hoping to get this resolved asap.

When I showed up on game day, I walked into the full bar that clearly had no tables and went up to a man with a Decoy shirt on who said they don't do reservations. I told him I had just spoken to someone yesterday, and he "you have wrong information, there's no way we can do reservations with this many people - you probably called the corporate office (it's the number listed on their website so that made no sense)" and was very dismissive of me and not apologetic whatsoever. It's totally understandable that reservations wouldn't be possible on a World Cup day. Seems like the staff are not all on the same page, or I was misled to just get my group into the bar (which has happened at other bars during the tournament so it's not unheard of).
