This is a busy Pluckers off I-10 Katy Freeway. I was quickly greeted even during lunchtime, and they were able to sit me relatively quickly. I was given the option of sitting at the bar or table. They also have booths as well. The menu is standard for Pluckers and offers a variety of wings and drinks and sides. Staff were friendly but during lunch it minimally was hard to get the waitress for me to settle the bill. The bone in wings (4/5 stars) that I had were flavored well and hot when they arrived. Fries were just ok (3/5 stars). Fountain drink was served cold in ice. Overall was a good experience and similar to other Pluckers's experiences I've had. Large open parking lot. Although I am no longer a fan since they stopped serving chicken thighs. I went with family and I still can't get past the place being so loud!! Came here after the tall tour! It was the perfect late night snack! (Kinda reminds me of the smoking gun in San Diego) Nachos with a drizzle of barbecue sauce with cubes of chicken and cheese. I felt as though some parts/chips had no cheese love at all. And by the time the extra love (cheese) came out it wasn't much needed, since I was more than half way completed. (Yes I notified the runner soon as I received the dish, and was told he'll bring me a side of cheese) I got my onions and cilantro on the side. Service was very friendly and attentive. The strawberry lemonade is made in house, which was great. None of that Minute Maid artificial crap. You get refills on it as well! That's a plus-plus. Pluckers is the perfect spot for a late night dinner since it closes late. Also great for large groups - they accommodated my group of 10 in a pinch! The service was reasonable - although the place wasn't packed on the Monday night I went, the service was still a little slow, maybe due to understaffing the less busy days, not sure. Got the spicy garlic parm sauce on my wings. The description noted that it had a kick of the traditional buffalo, but when I got the wings, they were dry and lacked the buffalo flavor I was looking for. I wish there was more sauce on the wings, and I'd order a side of the sauce to dip in next time. I got the combo of wings & tots. The tots were crispy and delicious! I'd pick the tots over the waffle fries (waffle fries were a bit dry / soggy). Pluckers does not let you customize the number of wings you get, so I couldn't as for 6 wings instead of the 5 on the combo. One of my friends had a birthday this day, and the staff came out singing and made my friend do a funny clucking act with two cups as the beak. They also gave him a birthday brownie. read more

Ever since I was introduced to my favorite place for wings, I knew it will be part of my rotation as many times as possible. I nearly go here every Father's Day, despite the fact that I'm not one. As a member of their original rewards program when it only had two tiers, I paid the one time fee to be in the higher tier and have never regretted it. Until this location opened, I used to go to the Memorial one. Manganero is my favorite flavor and I love their waffle fries. The new program has its own perks, but I am satified with not paying a monthly or yearly fee for that. read more

SUPER TINY WINGS! I always go to the Pluckers in cypress but yesterday I met up with friends at this newer location on greenhouse. I wasn't too hungry so we shared a Holy Mac appetizer & I ordered 5 wings for myself. The holy Mac seemed like it was over cooked because it was dry, no cheese in it. The wings... the smallest bone in wings I have ever seen. I immediately took a photo bc I couldn't believe their size. I would've gotten more chicken from 5 chickfila nuggets, they were so tiny. It was pretty annoying, they could have tried to mix them around with some bigger ones at least. Service was not bad, our waitress disappeared for a while so we were waiting on her to pay our bill but she was nice overall. Ambiance is good. Overall I will stick to visiting the Pluckers in cypress, they would never give me wings that size lol. read more

What we ordered: 20 wings for $35.00 and 2 flavors for $0.40 Olo Packaging fee $1.06 The Vampire Killer sauce was legit. The Hot sauce evaporated on the 15-20 minute ride home. The customer service was okay. The wings were cooked nice. Chicken quality is decent. Looks like this location will be our new home! We love Pluckers and so so glad that we have one in Katy now. We finally got to this location for the first time a few days ago and the kids immediately fell in love with the lawn. There are misting fans, huge TVs, games and plenty of places to sit and watch Women's Basketball! When we first walked in, I was a little iffy on the service but it got straightened out. To be clear, if you want to sit on the lawn/outdoor area, you cannot come back in for any reason. No matter if you are too hot. I don't really like that because people get sick and/or overheated. However, I chose not to go. We sat immediately, ordered our faves and watched tons of kids play. Their holy Mac and fried pickles are literally my go to every time I visit!!! read more

This is the 4th time I have had to return my food! I ordered the southwest cesar salad and was brought a buffalo chicken salad. I was even read back my order. On top of this, I never got my fried pickles appetizer that I had ordered until 15 minutes after I sent back my salad. Went today for lunch around 1130am. No wait and got seated at a booth immediately. Huge restaurant with tvs everywhere you look. Our waitress was great and kept checking on us. Had the 5 wing combo with waffle fries and it was the perfect size meal. Spicy lemon pepper is my go to wing and they do it right ! Washed it down with a dos xx draft. Came in for an early dinner today to try this place out. I've never been to a pluckers before but I wanted to give it some time since openings are not always great. They opened about a month ago and I was tired of driving by it and saying maybe tomorrow. We were greeted pretty quickly and did not have to wait for a table. ( 2 people ) The first thing you notice is the 2,225 TVs they have around the establishment that were evenly/straight placed. I have bad OCD so it was great to see how everything was laid out. The outdoor patio looked awesome too, big TVs, Jenga games, cornhole and lots of misting fans. The wings were big, extra crispy ( I ordered them that way ) and flavorful. You can order all flats or drumsticks for an extra charge. I also got a cheesesteak just to try but the first one I got was nothing but bread. I never seen a portion of meat that small on a cheesesteak before in my life. Our waitress was very helpful and took it up with the manager and another one was made. The only suggestion I have for that meal is that instead of cooking the meat with the queso, it should just be poured on top or else is not cheesy at all. It had decent flavor but at least I know the wings are good. This is an ideal place to watch some sports, have a couple two/tree beers with friends and order some wings. read more

I really love this location as it is close to my home and I don't have to drive into town. The servers are super friendly and helpful. They would offer a taste of the newest flavor that they have. Go during lunch and it's not crowded. The wings are tasty and not too salty, and they are HUGE!! Always ask for dry rub on the side just in case they miss a side. The wait line omg I called 10 min before arriving asking if there was a way to reserve a seat and the lady told me there wasn't that they haven't started the wait list okay great well upon arrival they started the wait list saying the wait will be an hour to an hour and 30...I've been here for 2 hours... past the wait time what a way to spend my time at pluckers. Another thing I've recognized a couple people and I realized that how does a seat of 2 people on the app but in real time a group of six people who didn't wait gets moved up at the next available seat if this pluckers moves because some of the guests are friends with the workers and that's how they are able to get a seat well this pluckers has lost a customer as this is very unfair as we were next to them and they bragged on how they don't have to wait because they are friends with the people read more

We decided to stop and give pluckers a try. Told my husband it was like "hooters,twin peaks,etc" Yeah it's not . Staff greeted us they were friendly and always had a smile. Came when they had their training week and also visited again for lunch during the weekday. Both times, I had the best food and remarkable service. The minute you walk in, you are greeted with many warm and welcoming faces. The inside and outside are huge - the outside especially with the lawn! I always love getting the buffalo hot bone in wings (vampire killer is another great sauce) and the CHIPS. My friends think the chips are weird bc of the texture... I get it, some of them can be soggy, but it still tastes good. Even better knowing they are homemade!!! They are seasoned nicely too. The fried Oreos are impeccable!!! read more

We go to Pluckers very often, so often we have our name on the wall for the past few years at another location for being loyal customers. We have come to this new location a few times. I will say it's a super nice location with a lovely patio, but this visit today and the trip before our food has never come out correct. I order the same sandwich everytime and my kid orders the same kid meal. The last 2 visits here, my sandwich has had toppings that aren't even on the menu or requested. I am not sure what is going on with their kitchen, but I am sure they are messing up other orders. My son's kids meal today had toppings on the mac and cheese which wasn't on the menu or requested. I usually don't make review like this, but we LOVE Pluckers and it's been more than one time we have had issues. It is only this location. read more

We ate here many times before they opened because it was free for plucker members and all we had to do is lead tips definitely drink the strawberry lemonade. I did get to taste the non-alcoholic drink that was like a piña colada. Their food is really good. I really did like the honey barbecue chicken chop salad with apple cider vinegar et it's really really good. I definitely would order that again and they also had the we had the brownie. I didn't take a picture of it. That was good. It was hot and had ice cream on top of it and the holy macaroni is another good appetizer . It sounds really funny but you dip it in the strawberry chutney and it's really good. It's better than a marinara sauce highly recommend and definitely doing the pluck club because if you become a platinum member and you choose to skip the line as one of your benefits, you can skip the line even when there's a two or three hour wait. read more

7/17/25 Atmosphere is good,good crowd to be expected in the Katy area. Food was ok ordered 10 wings Mild Buffalo and fries with little seasoning but didn't come with it... Server was good attentive and pleasant. Drinks I ordered Michelob draft tall beer temperature was good cold, However at the time still enjoying the screens game on I ordered my third drink the lady looked over the shoulder and just nodded without empathy or for some reason serious.. not sure if it was the rush I believe she is a sup because the other star was on the move nonstop she brought me the beer and was told would be my last so slow it... First time going to this pluckers and it was the worst. Order a togo order of 100wings with fries and an extra combo of naked wings. The bonless wing well you can see on the pictures are basically burned, i would say like 20 of them where ok the rest well burned and we couldnt even eat them. On one of the pictures its the end of the plate with basically rocks just burned crumbles and a peace of chicken that is not even cocked. I am a regular st the memorial location as well as the cypress location and i have never seen or had issues with my food at all. I can only say i will never go back to this location again. I would recommend other two locations. read more
