Zac is beyond knowledgeable and always ready to help with form tips or equipment proper use and has become part of my family. Brian the owner has always been super helpful and friendly to me. Jen- Brian's wife is the sweetest and inspires other women by her incredible physique! Their fine print (never mentioned by staff at sign-up) pushes you or even REQUIRES payment by debit card for a single club membership. You're then immediately sent a vague follow-up communication by email/text that easily goes to spam or is not checked---asking you to switch payment to a checking account/routing number. Miss that? This automatically voids your contract-- and you get charge double--- the full multi-club rate. In only 4 months, they ignored my agreement, charged me the inflated rate every single month- plus hit me with two separate annual fees back to back. Two yearly fees in only four months. When I raised it, staff and management deflected, blamed me, and defended the (hidden and vague) policies without addressing the math. In my opinion, this gym (or the parent company ABC fitness Solutions LLC. ) knows what they are doing with this loophole ---as they lean on reaching into the pockets of a young adult, student demographic that may not catch or care about this.

The facility is generally clean, the equipment is well maintained, and I've genuinely enjoyed working out here. On 02/13/2026 at 7:00 AM, while I was in the women's locker room, the cleaning staff announced that the locker room would be closed for one hour for cleaning. I completely understand and support maintaining a clean facility. Since I needed to be at work by 8:30 AM, I adjusted my workout to allow time for a quick shower before leaving at 8:20 AM. However, the locker room was still far from complete at 8:00 AM and again at 8:15 AM. Several members, including myself, were waiting. There are no alternative women's restrooms available in the facility, so those of us who rely on showering before work were significantly impacted. I ultimately had to step around the barricade simply to retrieve my belongings from my locker so I could leave on time (I did not use the shower or restroom). When members asked the front desk how much longer the closure would last, we were told it would remain closed until 9:00 AM, which differed from the original "one hour" announcement. Additionally, during this time, the tone from one of the cleaning staff members toward members retrieving their belongings felt tense. Several other members mentioned they have experienced similar interactions in the past when trying to access lockers during extended cleaning periods. I appreciate that cleanliness is a priority. For members who work out early before heading to work, it may be helpful to know that locker room cleaning during peak morning hours can extend beyond the initially stated timeframe. Clear and consistent communication about exact cleaning schedules and expected duration would likely help members better plan their workouts and avoid unnecessary frustration.

Some of the instructors I had actually taken classes with at a different club even before Lagreeology opened, so I already knew the quality of teaching -- and this studio has truly maintained a high standard. You can tell the owner cares about the quality of the routines and teaching methods. Each instructor is professional and has their own style and focus. If you are new, I would definitely recommend trying a few different instructors so you can find the best fit for your level, goals, and workout preference. I have tried at least five different Lagree studios, and overall, Lagreeology is the best. The studio is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Parking is also convenient, with plenty of street parking and underground parking available with a gate code. Just be aware that if you are taking an 8 a.m. weekday class, there may be a little traffic nearby since the studio is right across from First Avenue Middle School in Arcadia. Overall, highly recommend Lagreeology if you are looking for a professional, clean, and effective Lagree workout studio.

If you're late a certain number of minutes, they won't let you in. I'm new to lagree and the instructor wasn't really helping if you're doing it wrong or how to do it. She didn't show how to do it either. I was looking at other people for guidance and how to work out. Not sure, if it's just that instructor or not though. I did get a good workout. Low impact, high intensity. I like the aesthetic aspect of it being purple lights and it's not too dark. I love that they have FLOW WATER. Rarely do gyms have that and it tastes so good!!! There is a restroom. No showers. Parking is free street parking.
