We did have a party of nine, and I called ahead to either try to get a reservation in or just give a heads up. When we arrived we were still waiting on the rest of our party to arrive and the hostess seemed like it was bother/ or irritated that we even came in asking for a table.. I explained that we called earlier but she was super irritated. We were told it would be 45 minutes and that wasn't a problem at all for us! We sat at the end of the bar to grab a drink while we waited for a table to be available there was only two other people sitting at the bar mind you. we waited at the bar for around 6-7 minutes and nobody came up to us until some lady said we will get to you when we get to you. Once we got a table we were trying to be accommodating and thought we could squeeze into one of the bigger booths, quickly realized we made poor judgement and were crammed so we went and asked the hostess if we could get just the one extra table that was offered. Her response was "I literally just asked you this" and gave super rude and eye roll vibes. I apologized and said I'm so sorry we mis judged. HOWEVER hesban was absolutely the best! He was working so hard! The only reason I will come back to the restaurant would be for him! He had full knowledge of the menu and answered every question that my family had, lots of recommendations! Lauter Haus Brewing is a dog friendly 21+ only brewery in Farmington New Mexico. We decided to pay them a visit and try out the wares, as we always do when exploring a new town. We arrived and were greeted by the friendly bar tender in a well air conditioned building. Great music was playing and the televisions were playing all types of shows. There is a pinball arcade and a corn hole pit, along with a stage and comfortable seating. There is no food, but fresh popcorn and bar mix on self service bar near the seating area. The staff we met were friendly and one even gave a treat to our puppy! There are dog water bowls near the cooler for the pup. This brewery is clean and comfortable. There is a large selection of craft beers from this brewery and some vodka and gin drinks available. This is a plus for my wife, since she does not like beer. We liked this place so much, we came back twice during our stay in Farmington. I love 21+ breweries that are dog friendly. A great place for adults and their furry friends to hang out. I totally recommend this place if you like beer, a break from the summer heat, even if you do not have a fur baby. If you are in Farmington, this place is worth a try.

Even though the town was covered in a new snow, Dustin made the Cidery warm and inviting. He took us through a tour of all 10 ciders and gave us the history of Fenceline. We have tasted most every cider in the Grand Valley and none were as delicious as any of the Fenceline ciders. Dustin not only gave us a tour of the ciders but talked with us about the Mancos area and introduced us to the power house women who get together there every Monday night! I hate that all restaurants, because of patrons and their salt-conditioned palates, serve the most sodium-laden monstrosities possible.
