I'd been wanting to check out Rambler Taproom ever since I'd learned that Bow & Arrow was opening something up in Farmington. I'm originally from Farmington but I don't spend very much time there, especially outside of holiday time. When I was growing up the land in the area used to be a single pet shop and vacant lots, now there is so much going on. I'm glad to see more local spots like Rambler in the area. Stopped in just before closing to grab a four back of Bisti (cactus fruit hard seltzer). The Taproom was rather empty but again, they were about to close. I'm not a beer drinker at all, and even the seltzer could have been a little sweeter for my liking but it was good. It makes a fantastic mixer for cocktails. I am happy to support this Native woman owned business and the overall small business community in Farmington.

Small place but a good selection of IPA'S, stouts, lagers, and saisons. It's a little hard to find but if you see the giant weed store, you are in the right parking lot. I will return.

I love the vibe and the beers at Bow & Arrow in ABQ, so I've been wanting to check out their taproom when in Farmington. I wasn't disappointed! It was a bit hard to find though - it's in a shopping center tucked in behind Durango Joe's Coffee. Don't miss it!

1200 sqft of amazing! Bow & Arrow (ABQ based brewery) gives this local town of Farmington a much needed face-lift, and this time, it's in the form of a taproom. When you enter this taproom, you are struck with a sense of relief. The atmosphere is very welcoming and very relaxed. The walls have a modern touch, and the back wall of the bar area is shiplapped to perfection, with an elegant touch to the taps. Soft turquoise embellishes all the glassware, and even the scissors behind the counter. The white-washed oak gives a delightful touch of class amongst the soft white walls. Around the place, you'll find that soft blue feel from their unique tables (wooden barrels), and the countertops are inviting, to the touch. You can feel the vibe when you walk in. It tells you to rest your soul, as you quench your thirst to their 9+ beverages on tap. They have a great selection of sour brew, IPAs, and beer alternatives (my current favorite - Desert Water) which is an interesting combination of prickly pear, lemon and awesomeness in a glass. There are also cocktail mixtures, wine, and non-alcoholic options as well, for your DDs. Make your trip down to the Bow & Arrow Rambler Taproom, and help to support the ever growing brewery industry. You won't be disappointed.

P modern more of a new look than a rustic look it's a nice change from most taprooms. Pretty decent selection on tap.

This was a Thursday night (it wasn't super busy) and they raved about your establishment. We did have a party of nine, and I called ahead to either try to get a reservation in or just give a heads up. When we arrived we were still waiting on the rest of our party to arrive and the hostess seemed like it was bother/ or irritated that we even came in asking for a table.. I explained that we called earlier but she was super irritated. We were told it would be 45 minutes and that wasn't a problem at all for us! We sat at the end of the bar to grab a drink while we waited for a table to be available there was only two other people sitting at the bar mind you. we waited at the bar for around 6-7 minutes and nobody came up to us until some lady said we will get to you when we get to you. Once we got a table we were trying to be accommodating and thought we could squeeze into one of the bigger booths, quickly realized we made poor judgement and were crammed so we went and asked the hostess if we could get just the one extra table that was offered. Her response was "I literally just asked you this" and gave super rude and eye roll vibes. I apologized and said I'm so sorry we mis judged. HOWEVER hesban was absolutely the best! He was working so hard! The only reason I will come back to the restaurant would be for him! He had full knowledge of the menu and answered every question that my family had, lots of recommendations! Extremely polite. 10/10 Busting his booty off! He needs a raise!!! Thank you hesban for making the end of our experience way better!

We started with the Bavarian pretzel, which was served with beer cheese and mustard. It was delicious and fresh! I then had the southwestern burger, which is always a favorite of mine because of the green chilis. The burgers are always cooked nicely (I order medium) and I was able to substitute a side salad, which was easily one of the best side salads I've ever had at a brewery. We are doing dry January, so no beers this time, but had a lovely hop water that they brew there and even left with a growler full. Highly recommend Steamworks for an authentic Durango experience or if you're just trying to catch a game or hangout with friends. It definitely has fun, local brewery vibes. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect for us because we were able to easily walk there from our hotel. We were lucky enough to get outdoor seating, which made the experience even better. It was great to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Durango weather, and people watch while having dinner. We decided to do a beer flight so we could sample a variety of their beers before committing to a full pint. It was a great way to try different styles, and we each ended up finding a favorite. Everything we tried was really good. My husband liked their Buffalo wings and whiskey burger, I enjoyed the seared tuna bowl, and our kids liked their pizza. It is definitely a busy and popular spot, especially during peak vacation times, so I would recommend putting your name in early and expecting there could be a wait. In our opinion it was worth it. Steamworks had a great casual vibe that worked well for both families and adults wanting to enjoy a brewery experience. The downtown location adds to the charm, and it definitely felt like one of those must visit spots while in Durango.
