He gave suggestions but also gave enough room to do things on our own. He didn't hover over us. He created a profile and folder to save not only measurements but the style and colors we were interested in. I'm a bigger guy and I always have problems finding nice clothes that fit me well. Lia had no problem. She was even nice enough to get another style jacket just so I could compare the two styles. I ended up choosing the one she chose for me the first time. I was also glad that they had my shoe size and it fit perfectly. It's hard to find a size 14 shoe most times. On the day I went to pick it up, everything was there waiting for me. I even like the price! I was expecting to spent about $200- $300. Nope, not even close. I was a patron of Bowties Tuxedo for my best friend's wedding. The wedding was held in the venue directly next door to this tux place, Sunset Gardens. I don't know if the two places are under the same ownership or just symbiotic partners in the industry. Our party was told by the bride and groom to arrive for a rehearsal at 2pm on a Saturday, and after rehearsal, all the guys were supposed to go pick up their tuxes. The wedding was the next day, on Sunday. We followed instructions and arrived here at Bowties at around 3pm. There were 3 employees working: an older lady that seemed to be owner or the manager in charge, a younger lady, and a young man. As soon as we got into the store and identified our party, we were immediately informed that we were "supposed to have come at 1:30pm and you're late." Even the bride confirmed that she was told by the wedding venue that we were supposed to come after. But there appeared to be a mix up on the communication between the wedding venue and the tuxedo place. The problem with us arriving at 3pm was that the place closes at 4pm. The older lady & the young man were still very polite and did their best to maintain pace and get us all done as quickly as possible. But the younger lady, who identified herself as the seamstress, was absolutely one of the rudest staff members I've ever seen from a business establishment. She very nastily continued to fuss at us and tell us how we should have come earlier, and now since we are 'late' she has to stay late. She rushed us, even telling us things like: "stop trying to hang the clothes back up because you're moving too slow! I'll just do it for you" , "I don't have time to wait for you" , "hurry up and get out!" One guy in our group laughed at something and she snapped at him and said "nothing is funny! You need to focus and hurry up!" It felt like a mom yelling at all of her kids to hurry up and fussing at them for making her life miserable. Well, she in fact made all of us miserable! We were scared to move, talk, or do anything out of fear of her snapping at us. It was extremely awkward & not anything like you'd expect on the day prior to a wedding day from one of the venues that provide a service to the wedding party. We were all shocked! When she finally left, and we were left with just the older lady and the young man, the vibe was so much better. To top it all off, my pants were very itchy and somewhat seemed cheaply made. Although, I asked the other guys and they didn't have the itchy problem. So that may have just been mine. Overall, they were very efficient, reasonable priced, and a nice & clean facility. But the customer service was beyond horrible, and I doubt I'd ever use their services again, unless it was while that particular woman is not working. read more

I went in looking for a suit for my 3 year old son. I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in and was attended. Elaine was extremely helpful in finding the entire outfit and shoes. The suit literally fit like a glove, no alterations needed! We opted for buying but renting the suit was also an option. The place is really clean and organized. They have a variety of options for suit colors and fits! When it was time for me to pick up the suit, Elaine was very precise and made sure everything I needed was in the bag! Great people, great customer service and even better clothing options to rent or buy and they will work on short timelines like "day of"! Over 2 years ago my dad fell ill the day of my event, I took the tux back and said I wouldn't be needing it. They said no worries, you'll have a credit here when you're ready again. He later passed away. I haven't been back in over 2 years and expected nothing when I showed up today. As I was checking out and ready to pay, I asked just to see if they remembered me....not only did he remember me, he pulled this credit slip out that was over two years old in a split second and comped me! Remembered and had the credit slip right next to the register! There is no other place I would ever go, and you shouldn't either. 4 stars because they're absolutely wonderful except on one category. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. They have a very diverse and stylish stock. The items you rent are clean, smell nice and pressed. They offer the whole assemble, from neck to toe. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The only thing they lack is record keeping. Lord have mercy was that quite a stress. We get the groomsmen their stuff and their ties are in some shade of light green (think sage). I call later for my father's suit appointment and I'm told that the best man (only) has a purple tie. I immediately change it and ask my fiance to double check if it wasn't a mistake on our side. Over the next couple of months, little things would pop up like this, ties being different colors, shoe colors, undershirt styles. Something always a little off. If the staff were given a better record keeping system I think all of this could've been avoided. Regardless when it came time to pick up the suits Everything was clean and ready to go. Even with some last-minute changes my husband wanted, they were able to accommodate him no problem. I'm very grateful for their flexibility and easy going attitude. I'd still definitely still go to them despite of the small hiccups because everything else was stellar. read more

Oh gosh where do I even begin? My daughter was turning 15 so we were throwing her a quinceanera, and we heard through family members about Bowties Tuxedo. From the beginning, to the middle, to the end, they were amazing! From the very first call we spoke to them with all of our 20 questions, (literally 20) to the fittings, pickups, paying, just amazing. Bowties is located in the same location Bowties Bridal is, just in the next suite over. When we called to get an appointment for the selections of the tuxedos, we were able to go in a couple days after. The selection of the tuxedos, bowties, shoes for the courtship took us about 10 minutes, the most. The staff is so quick, attentive, friendly, and helpful that you right away know what kind of experience you're going to have with them. The price for the tuxedo rentals were extremely reasonable since you get the entire tux, shoes and fittings included in it. The hours of operation are also great, very business friendly, and open on Saturdays for those of us off on weekends. The tuxedo quality is great, and you get to see the selection options on a mannequin so you can see what to expect. Bowtie Tuxedos are so good, my sister is also using them for her wedding, they're so accommodating, quick, friendly, efficient, and work with WHATEVER CHANGES you need to make in the moment, ahead of time, or when you go to measure yourself etc. They honestly made sure our quinceanera courtship was taken care of as smooth as possible, and appreciated the business! read more

We decided to go with this tux rental place because it was in the same parking lot as our venue and we are so happy we did! The owner (I'm assuming the owner) of the store greeted us, he was upbeat and funny and made everything so easy for my husband and groomsmen! When they didn't like a certain fit he would bring them more things to try on the customize exactly the look they were going for. They also provided the burgundy tuxes for my bridesmen as well! They are THE BEST in town. This is the second time I've rented from them. First time was for my big bday bash my husband got a tux with tails for my 1920's party. This second time they saved a wedding. Literally. My brother was getting married and coming to Vegas from UT. The original suit he rented in UT was ill fitting and totally wrong, like nothing fit properly. I called Bowties to see if they could help and the owner said to bring him in and he can do a same day service. Once they arrived in Vegas we went straight from the airport to the store. They measured, and fit him. They outfit him with shoes, tie, pocket square in addition to the suit. The color of the suit and was epic! I've never seen a sage tux suit. It was perfect, he was married at Red Rock Park and the sage green looked beautiful against the natural backdrop. Not only was service exceptional, but they hemmed and fit the suit in the same appointment!! It all took about an hour and we were out the door. I cannot say enough good things about Bowties.
