What an amazing boutique! Our granddaughter looked everywhere for her perfect Sr Ball gown and couldn't find one until she came to your boutique. Initially the dress was too big but adjustments were made. After trying it on it was too small so adjustments were made again. I needed to find a dress for my son's wedding. I went to numerous bridal stores and boutiques in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Las Vegas, and finally found what I liked at Believe Boutique. They have a huge selection of nice dresses, and customers can also order from their catalogs or other designers. The owner, Claudia, is really helpful and knowledgeable about her job. The store is nice and clean and orderly. They do charge $15 for trying on three dresses; and the $15 will be reimbursed if a purchase is made. I would say it's pretty fair because there is some amount of wear and tear to the fancy dresses with sequins and beads, and often times fitting requires help from Claudia. I picked three dresses and she did let me try a few more that she recommended without charging extra. Prices are reasonable and ordering a new dress was easy and painless. Claudia never tried to talk me into taking the floor sample even though it was my size. The new dress arrived on time. I look forward to wearing my beautiful dress, and next time I need another dress for a special occasion, I know where I will be looking. I do highly recommend Believe Boutique. read more

Ok so I had a Gala to attend and ordered two dresses from a popular site online and neither fit, so I googled a place to buy formals near me and found this place. I will say this, I'm glad those dresses didn't fit because the dress I got from here was far more beautiful than what I ordered. Claudia was absolutely amazing and patient with me and I truly thank her for her time. My dress was the BOMB!!!!!! I felt like Cinderella at the Ball! Tony and Claudia are extremely helpful! They helped us find the perfect prom dress for our daughter. They were even kind enough to assist us even though we arrived a couple minutes before closing!! You can tell both are very knowledgeable in the fashion world and helped us find the perfect dress in our price range. The boutique is small, but had a great selection of dresses! Customer service was excellent, serving us even though they were busy with multiple customers. Will definitely remember them if I'm ever back in Vegas, needing some formal wear! My daughter was to be married October 12th, 2019 and the direction for her Mom's dress was in the Mauve family of color... Mom sort of waited a little too long to get her dress (30 days prior)... I guess she didn't know where to go and even considered purchasing from online but most of those dresses were going to be coming from China and well, you can't try them on first or have alteration if needed.... The bridesmaids were all set with their dresses from somewhere and were all the same but Mom's dress can't be like theirs... I did a Yelp & Google search and found Believe Boutique with some great reviews... We went to the store and Claudia did not have exactly what Mom was looking for but after some catalog reviews and Claudia taking measurements, the dress was ordered and we were told 7-10 days... I think Claudia even ordered a second dress that Mom liked for backup... We got a call that the dress(es) were in and it only took about 3-4 days after all.... We went to the store and the initial dress choice was JUST PERFECT!!.... The wedding was beautiful and a very fun environment & MOM LOOKED GREAT!!!!!! We found the perfect prom dress for our daughter! Claudia communicated with us the night before via FB and accommodated us the next day as we were visiting from San Diego for a soccer tournament and only had 1 week left to find a dress. She was extremely helpful understanding my daughter and her friend's styles and what would look good on them. We bought a beautiful dress and my daughter is so excited to wear it next week. Best customer service in any boutique I've been to. Unfortunately I didn't get my daughter's Quince dress here because I found this gem of a shop after I bought her dress, but we got her dama dresses here as well as my dress. My daughter started doing pageants and we've come several times for dresses and have recommended them for others' Quince needs. They've all been very happy having come here. The owners have always gone above and beyond to help us with our needs. I stopped by another shop to look for another pageant dress because someone recommended them but then went to Believe Boutique to see if they had the dress we liked and they found the dress I was looking for and got it for less.
