We purchased a Certified Preowned 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe (remember, it's a CPO with a 125+ point "inspection"). Sales process was pretty easy, but inordinately long. Hours longer than I've spent at other dealerships. Once you sign the papers, they hand you a thumb drive with all your copies. I thought that was a pretty efficient way of doing things, but it makes it so you can't thumb through your copies. (Is that on purpose?) I Didn't realize till a few days later at home that the financing paperwork wasn't included on the drive and they bold faced lied to me during the process to the tune of about $4,000. When speaking with the finance office, I asked in no uncertain terms if it was a Mopar Flexcare Warranty (used those exact words) and was told it was. Shockingly, they lied. It's an aftermarket warranty where I was charged an additional $1000 for a "Auto Armour Screen Coating" over and above the $3,000 aftermarket warranty. Got in touch with Auto Armour to see what the product actually was and while chatting with them, we came to the conclusion that it was never even applied. I tried calling the dealer to cancel both products since they weren't what I asked for and of course got thrown into some random VM box. Left a message, waited 24 Hrs - No call. Left another message and then sent a message to them using the form on their website. Received a reply from Ryan Arkens the Sales Manager, he said that he appreciated that I reached out before leaving an online review and that "I'll have finance reach out via email to go over specifics today" well, that was 5 days ago, you blew it Ryan. During the wait, I've left 2 more messages and my wife left another. We've been ghosted ever since we signed the papers. Called the lender to make sure that the numbers we were given at the dealership matched what the lender had, luckily they matched. After owning it for a couple of weeks now I realize that Boucher doesn't "Inspect" their CPO's too well. How you don't know a CPO doesn't have working HEAT, I'll never know. I swear Stevie Wonder did the inspection. No heat, broken cupholders, no working front park sensors, a buzz from the passenger door (there is a TSB on it), Service HV warning light has come on, TPMS system flaky. Those are just things that have jumped out at me, I haven't gone searching for issues. It already has an appointment for service at another dealership, I could only imagine what they'd screw up if I had it serviced there. This was my first, and last, purchase from a Boucher Group Dealership.

I've always gotten my oil changed there for the past 8 years or so, and put tires on several vehicles at decent prices. Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!

I have an extended warranty with MOPAR but the contract states that I have to use a Jeep dealership to have the service covered. Jeff & Colleen did an amazing job of not only fitting me in to their busy service schedule to replace the alternator. They also worked with MOPAR to get them to cover the repair bill! Took my vehicle here to have a recall done for door latches freezing and to have winter tires…read moremounted. They ended up scratching both front windows that I just had tinted in four different spots. They damaged one of the tires and rim when they mounted my winter tires. Making that tire junk. The tires are 2021 pretty much new. When they performed the alignment after the tire install, they did it with the tires over inflated and each tire different. The steering wheel wasn't centered after the alignment. And to top it off they "washed" my vehicle that I just had paint corrected and ceramic coating. It looked like they used a dirty rag to wipe the vehicle down. Which put a bunch of micro scratches in the coating. After going through all that, the doors still froze and had the same problem. I ended up fixing it my self and haven't had any issues since. When I pulled the door panel off I noticed they didn't do the recall how it was supposed to be done. They were extremely rude when I told them the issues I found. Apparently it's common to occasionally damage a wheel or tire. Because "they don't have a touch less tire machine". Highly recommend you find a different dealer to get your service work done.

I then called him and he told me to take it to O'Reillys or somewhere and have it hooked up on their system to see what the codes I took it to in Wisconsin because I live in Janesville Wisconsin. It showed that the turbo was bad. Mr. Jeff met me loves and gave me $300 towards the turbo which I thought was fair at that time, however after four days of trying to get this car into a shop, I finally got it into Kaiser Buick and Chevy in Janesville Wisconsin. I had oil leaks from the oil pan, I had leaks from the lines out of the turbo and into the turbo I had exhaust problems. I had brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced and a left control arm, and to be quite frank I paid 5500 for the car and I've now spent a total of $10,300 and finally got my car back yesterday. Do not ever deal with these people when I called them and told them everything that needed to be done to this car and I wanted my money back, they blew me off. I will never recommend anyone to Shop or purchase anything from these people. I do plan to take them to small claims court also to fund me some of the money that I have lost because of their dishonesty, they'll tell you you're like family. They are very good Con artists as Jeff was the best. Do yourself a favor spread the word I just believe in what goes around comes around and people like this will be dealt with by our heavenly father at some point in their life
