This place was really yummy! It's cute inside and they have lots of extra goodies like immunity shots, chips, and other things to check out! They also have a game section which is always fun! Our bowls were really good, my only critique was the base was still super icy when we got it, but after sitting outside in the sun it was perfect! The portions are also huge!! Service was great!

Bowl Mami was a nice, unexpected find in Carrollton! This morning I woke up craving an Açaí bowl. My boyfriend did a quick search and found Bowl Mami just a few miles away. It had good reviews, so we decided to give it a shot! Bowl Mami had plenty of parking, very friendly staff who gave us all kinds of recommendations, and cute inner decor. We were going to take our food to go, but everything was so cute and everyone was so welcoming that we decided to sit and eat inside. I ordered the Mami Bowl which was FANTASTIC! Unsweetened açaí, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and granola sweetened with a little agave - yum, yum, yum! No wonder it is one of their most popular dishes. I also shared the Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice avocado toast with my boyfriend. It was recommended to us by the girl working the counter; she said it was her favorite, and I was not disappointed! Loads of fresh avocado on sourdough bread seasoned with everything bagel seasoning, red pepper flakes, and agave. The perfect combination of sweet and spicy! I would definitely order this again. I can't wait to go back to Bowl Mami. If I have anything to say about it, we'll go again tomorrow before we head back home to Houston!

Bowl Mami has the BEST açaí bowls! Everything tasted so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The fruit was perfectly ripe, the toppings were generous, and the açaí itself was smooth and delicious. Such a refreshing treat and the perfect healthy pick-me-up. The staff was also so kind and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

I'm new to the area and gave them a try. I got the Sugar , spice, and everything nice avacodo toast on sourdough bread. It was jammed packed full of flavor and the sweetness was sudtle and not to over powering. I got the Scarlet Begonia was really good. Lastly I got the gin and juice raw pressed juice which was my least favorite. It was bland and missing something. Overall I loved all the food and will definitely come back again!

Açaí bowls for the win! Came here and got to try the Long Beach Bowl. Sooo delicious! Mango and pineapple WITH coconut?! Soo yum! The blue spirulina made for a beautiful color and aesthetic bowl. It made for a nice healthy snack!

This was my first time here and it was great! The service was nice and my drink was incredible! I'm not from the area so I was looking up smoothie places and I saw that this one had five stars, so naturally I was interested. I love healthy smoothies and juices so I got the belly delight and added almond butter. It was so good!! I loved it and I will definitely be back because I noticed they had a station for purchasing homemade almond butter! How cool is that? I would love to come back and get some to try!

The açaí bowls were delicious makes up for the terrible sewage smell that hit me when i walked in.

Cute spot for a quick healthy bite, great for snacks and breakfast. I love the decor, the shirts they have for sale are so cute! My husband and I got a smoothie and toast and surprisingly it was very filling. The price is quite high, for 2 smoothies and two toasts it was a little over $30, which I understand but bummed about bc I won't be able to frequent this place for a snack. Eating healthy is expensive!

First and last time I will be going here. Waited 20 minutes for two smoothies that were room temperature at best. Normally I can be more understanding when there is a long line or it appears to be short-staffed, however; there was one order in front of us and I would assume two employees would be plenty for a smoothie and juice restaurant around 3 in the afternoon. The restaurant was also hot, muggy, and had an unfresh aroma. Curiosity got the best of me during my lengthy wait so I made a point to find the thermostat, which read 80 degrees. I came in here on a Friday night to do some quick studying. I would have to say its the most perfect atmosphere. It is quiet yet there is enough sounds to study. There was just a great vibe. The staff were so nice and extremely helpful. I got the Gin and Juice and it was so so so good! You could taste the ginger but it was definitely sweet enough so that the ginger was not overpowering. I was at the Gong Cha next door and made note of the name, thinking it might be a dispensary. So after drinking my bubble tea, I stopped in, and was transported to a a ai bowl/fruit and veggie smoothie place straight outta LA or NYC. I've been eating mostly meat during my stay here, so I opted for a Gin & Juice (which, also to my disappointment, did not contain any gin, but was quite delicious). I LOVE the environment at Bowl Mami, and the toasts and smoothies are delicious. The prices may seem a little high for the size of the dishes you get, but trust me, they will fill you up super quickly. I willingly make the 30-minute drive from my apartment whenever I'm craving a smoothie and good, refreshing vegan options. This is the perfect spot for studying, and the customer service is always amazing. I've purchased vegan snacks and a piece of art from a local artist as well! Bowl Mami supports local artist and creators by giving them a place to sell their products, and that's one of my favorite things about this spot! Bowl Mamí is in a shopping center near several Asian markets and restaurants. Small building with not much seating area but very friendly staff. Staff was able to explain menu to me and help me order exactly what I was looking for. I went with the signature Mamì bowl which has strawberries, blueberries, bananas, honey and granola over an açaí base. All the fruit was very fresh and the bowl was very filling. I'm new in town and have been looking for a good Acai Bowl spot and I've found it! The inside of the shop gave me hawai'i vibes and the acai bowl was delicious and reminded me of the bowls I used to get on Oahu I before moving here to Dallas. The fruit and ingredients were fresh and I love that they fill the top of the bowl with the fruit unlike other places that skimp on that area of the bowl. The owner was very chill and friendly. I really, really love that this is new to my neighborhood as an option!!! My experience: I have only ever had Acai bowls at Jui Jitsu competitions, so I was expecting a frozen treat granola type of thing. I was blown away by the quality and density of their ingredients! You genuinely get what you pay for. It's not a premade frozen cup that they sprinkle stuff on and ship it out. It's a legit BOWL portion and the frozen portion is DENSE. It leaves the inside of the bowl purple. Also, they offer much more than just acai bowls. They have smoothies and other organic and vegan options as well. Also, also they feature local artists - which in my opinion what pushed this into a 5 star status. read more

Hidden gem. One of the cutest places in carrolton. Definitely want to come here for the cute interior, SUPER friendly staff, and most importantly, AMAZING food. Their açaí bowls are to die for! My friend and I come here from Richardson almost every day because of how good it is! Their fruit is always sweet and never unripe/sour. They treat their customers so kindly that it honestly makes the whole experience even better! I cannot emphasize how much I love this place! A friend of mine told me about this place and I work near by so I stopped by for some lunch. This place is legit good, so fresh! I had a avocado toast, freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and BYOB (build your own bowl). It is a little expensive spent about $27 on everything but since it was my only meal for the day it's okay. I love this place! The owner was so sweet and helpful from the moment we walked in and the atmosphere was absolutely adorable. I went in with my dad with the intention of just getting an açaí bowl and she told me about a green base made with kale banana and avocado! I loved how thick and creamy it was it was almost like ice cream, and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and that with fruit and granola was just perfect. Well, that was my intention, but the lady taking my order was so unnecessarily rude and short with me, that I didn't want to stay there. I've encountered a number of employees here while picking up. They've all been really nice and pleasant, but in this one occasion, I dealt with an older woman who from the get go, was oddly mean with zero provocation. I wanted to order a monthly special. I called it the "monthly special bowl" because that's exactly what the sign by the register said. She got exasperated with me because I didn't call it what ever description was listed under the heading and rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. I decided to get the bowl to-go because it was very clear this person was irrationally upset at something. It just felt like it wasn't a good idea to stay. It was a downright bizarre reaction and it felt very unwelcoming. She was the only person working so she went in the back to make the bowl. When the bowl was ready she passed off the bag to me- once again, not making eye-contact and asking exasperated that she had to deal with a customer. I'm very passive and would never call someone out or try to match that kind of energy. I would recommend this lady not deal in a customer facing role. All other encounters with other employees here are great, so this was the only experience I would say detracts from Vitality bowls. I've been happy and satisfied with the bowls and smoothies I've ordered here and I wouldn't let that one experience keep me away from VB, I would just hope that lady gets an attitude adjustment before she drives customers away.
