Spins Bowling owns Bowl One lanes.... as a continued league bowler, the management need to read these comments folks are posting.... seen new carpet put in and new furniture table and chairs that can sit four people. This is great for a four-person team or a few people, but it an inconvenience for teams of five. We have to resort to using the not enough to go around high-top tables. Lately, maintenance is lacking, "normal" breakdowns happen ball stuck, pin out of range or 180s. But what is not acceptable is the glue build up on my ball after play on the lanes. This can only happen after the ball enters the pit and is in the return process. This build-up affects the ball path in competition. Yes, according to USBC rules I have the opportunity to clean the ball, but should I need to scrub my equipment after each play? This is how bad the glue is... Every five minutes you have to wait for 15 minutes cause they have to fix the lane. Parking lot terrible too.

I love this place! Why do I love this place? One reason is because all the employees are so friendly, great customer service, very nice people so far and I've been coming here for years. I've been to Bowl One three times and I'm ready to make an honest review. I'm not sure if there are new owners or new management but all three times if gone there have been issues where the manager(s) have had no idea how to handle it from how to type in a coupon code to how to trouble shoot a lane. As a person that is a frequent bowler and has bowled at many different lanes this is extremely frustrating. The staff are fairly friendly most of the time but the prices are not fantastic. Honestly, there are plenty of better bowling centers that you could go to with better service than Bowl One. Update: I would still count this as a 2-star alley. I've been back three times since my initial review and things were either the same or worse. To start with, two out of three times bowling here I left with a new chip in my ball. That alone should keep my away but for some reason I keep coming back because I don't want to drive the extra 15 minutes to Classic Lanes. Next the pin setters are outrageously slow; it will be very common for you to wait 25-30 seconds for the lane to find pins. Lastly, during my last visit I purchased a pop from the bar (because of course the ATM wasn't working) and I paid $5 which is crazy for a pop. Overall I'm really going to try to motivate myself to go to Classic Lanes for my next practice session. read more

I have never played in a league before so alternating lanes on each frame screwed up our game and it was a hassle to correct the score with the dated bowling technology. Front desk service was quick and courteous. We were able to get our shoes promptly. Our food service was very slow! It took over an hour for a medium pizza. The server let us know that our order was forgotten in the kitchen. After the wait, we got a disappointing pizza. Stick to the usual bowling appetizers like mozzarella sticks! read more

We hosted a holiday party here and we're very pleased with the service! Janet did a wonderful job of helping to reserve and plan our little party. We had a private room to the side for pizza and drinks and got several lanes to play on. Our team is not made up of serious bowlers so we had just the right amount of lanes and time. The room was very nicely decorated with Christmas decorations and the lanes had nice festive holiday touches put out. Would definitely recommend working with Bowl One and Janet for a special event or private party. read more

I have not bowled in ages it seems so when I went to Bowl One Lanes, first impression was, it was your average bowling lane. What made this review a 4-star instead of the average 3-star was: (1) the "bottomless" bowling -- and yes, you can.., nay.., HAVE to bowl with your BOTTOMS ladies and gentlemen since, this IS, after all, a BOWLING ALLEY! "Bottomless" does mean that you can bowl as many games as you want, to your heart's content, for a measly $4.99. Two bucks more and you get your shoes. Downside? You can only bowl bottomless from 9 to midnight and only on certain days of the week. I usually bowl on Mondays! Also, they will only give you TWO lanes if you have 4 or more people in your group. (2) Food service! Though I do NOT consider myself a klutz, this particular night, I happen to "spill" the hamburger I ordered from the "grill" on the floor TWO seconds after I got it! The VERY nice and attentive server offered to cook me another one FOR FREE! Now THAT is service! As far as the taste of the hamburger? Nothing to write home about but, as I mentioned, the SERVICE is awesome! I will be back. read more

Stumbled upon this alley because it was the only one we found that was open Easter Sunday. :) And it turned out a happy surprise--really liked it. It was very clean and well maintained. Granted, we were one of only two lanes being used, but you could tell it was cleaned and maintained regularly. It wasn't grimy like many alleys. Bathroom was clean, too--telltale. The woman at the desk was friendly and attentive. And while the cost per games was a bit high int opinion (almost $4!), it was a nice experience so I'd say you get what you pay for here. I was there to bowl on a sunday night with friends. The kitchen closed pretty soon after we came and we decided to bring some food as we were starving to death. As we were in the midst of enjoying our food the rude receptionist spoke in microphone to stop eating and take the food outside. I argued that we only brought food because their kitchen was closed, but that sensible argument didn't do a bit. They were so focused on their little unresobable rules that would make you starve if their kitchen closes. Rude staff! read more

I went there with a group of friends on a Friday night. We had called earlier and they said they have leagues till 10 PM, so we'd have to go after 10, and they close at 1 AM. That was fine with us. The place was pretty big, with many lanes (about 30 or so, I think). Our two lanes kept having "counting" issues, as to whose turn it was supposed to be, pins not getting reset after players had finished their two strikes, etc. Staff couldn't fix it. Then they shut down our lanes at 10 to 1 (ten minutes before their closing time). read more

I have been to many different bowling alleys with my family Bowl One is by far the best experience we have encountered, from the way we are treated at the counter and the service at the kitchen they know how to keep people coming back, they treat you like family.I would recommend this venue for a family fun day or even for a party. read more

This is a great bowling alley. It`s been remodeled & looks so bright & colorful. The staff are great & ready to help if you need it. I open bowl there during the day because Astro lanes are closed during the summer ( I bowl there in a league during the winter) If my league dissolves, we only have 6 teams, I would go to Bowl One. read more

I like this place, lanes are very clean. After bowling, your bowling ball isn't covered in grime. Nice guy in pro shop too.

The lanes are nice but the place lacks customer service. We bowled 3 games during open bowling. We were asked to change lanes during the second game due to lanes being cleaned, okay I get that. We moved, and then we told during the third game to hurry up as the current lane we were on was going to be cleaned. Hello..I paid $32.00 for 3 games of bowling. We ordered french fries and cheese sticks...never came. When I went to check on the order I was told they forgot to put it in. My son went to get a beer in the bar and there was NO ONE in there to serve him. Very poor customer service! I would not come back. read more

Held our company party here this week and everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful in the planning stages, and the price could not be beat! Good food, excellent service and very clean. I felt that the manager Michael was incredibly helpful and courteous. Our server Sandy was friendly and attentive. our party was for 45 people and everyone had a great time. We called ahead with a group of families with over 10 toddlers. Even though we were using the Kids Bowl Free passes they still gave us great service and had everything waiting and ready to go for us. They were also able to work with our special requests and staggered arrival times. We will definitely be going back for more fun! read more

Totally Don't use any new bowling balls Just got 2 new Balls tossed 1 game then my ball never came back it got stuck, called the counter to get it back and when in finally came back a four inch deep flat spot near my track, Brand NEW out of box Nexus then my son bowled his new out of the box Defiant got stuck and 3/4 of the ball was damaged with multi scratches looked like someone rolled it down the sidewalk. Fred the pro shop owner said we had to leave are ball to get them fixed. well the reason we went to try are new balls we had a tournament to go to .dint want to leave them. There you go 2 new balls destroyed that would never be the same even with a repair i didn't want some 4 inch patched ball. they were like unless the ball cracked in half we cant help you the mechanic even said the pinsetter was at fault I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. I learned what being Rude , Crude and Screwed was all in 1 game of bowling. Pre Paid for 6 games did get a refund for the other games not bowled. read more
