The ambiance was great and we had plenty of seats and the food was good. Definitely enjoyed the service and the food. Good selection of drinks and we tried their burger and wings. The only thing I didn't like was the bowling pings were held by strings. So sometimes it was hard to get a strike. Not the biggest issue but not my preference. Which is why I gave them 4 stars. . I tried to set up my son's birthday party here, but the lack of communication made it unnecessarily stressful. Calls and messages weren't returned consistently, and there was no clear point of contact to actually coordinate the event. It got to the point where we literally had to drive there in person just to speak with someone and get basic information. For a place that hosts parties, the communication and customer service should be much more organized. Came here on May 23, 2026 and this place is extremely pricey. They charge by the game per person which adds up quickly. For 3 games and the shoes the total was a little over $100 for two people. The server that was assigned to our lane introduced herself and never came back to see if we wanted any drinks or food. Definitely will not be back. read more

I've visited this establishment so many times throughout the years, yet I still enjoy coming with family/friends. The bowling lanes are quite small but the place is nice and has a chilly fun ambience. Love that you can order food/drinks and can enjoy while continuing to bowl. The kids also enjoy laser tag quite a bit. It can definitely get pricey, but what isn't nowadays? Never bowled in lanes where the pins are attached to a string , you can definitely tell the difference, and inaccurate scoring. They have a good deals during the week, so it's a nice place to just go hang out and bowl. DRINKS are over priced. No reason a pitcher should cost $30. Check if gratuity is included too. read more

This Bowlero is in Dolphin Mall. This area of the mall has a lot of activities you can do with a date or friends- from Bowlero to movies to D&B. This Bowlero location is great! We came in looking for something quick to do before our movie time and it was fast & easy to get a lane, especially since we got the summer season passes for bowling. This is one of the cleanest and newish looking bowling alleys I've been to as of late so we had a great time. The lanes were nice and the pins here have the strings attached to them so it was easy to reset and it didn't take long at all in between turns. We only played 2 games and made it to the 3rd frame of the 3rd game. Park in front of the Dave and Busters at Dolphin Mall and take escalator on right up. It will be through the straight doors and on the right. We bowled ate, had drinks and shots. The fries was perfect. Salty, fresh and not hard. rarely leave bad reviews unless the experience is truly unacceptable--and this one was. I went with my wife and two daughters, played two games of bowling, and spent around $300 on food and drinks. After we finished playing, my wife and I still had half a glass of beer each. We were sitting quietly, finishing our drinks. Then the manager, Oldania, came over and told us we had to leave because our bowling time was over. I politely asked if we could stay just five more minutes to finish what we paid for. Her response was completely rude and dismissive. No respect, no basic courtesy. That kind of treatment is unacceptable--especially after spending good money. It's no surprise the place was almost empty. The only good part of our visit was a blonde waiter from New York who gave us excellent service. What a fun time! It was a weekday and from 7-9 they offer unlimited bowling with shoes for $20. We had to wait for about 30 minutes since we needed two lanes next to each other. From the moment my friends and I got there the service was bad, the manager was very rude and obnoxiously sucked into her phone and on lane 5 we were only able to bowl 3 frames before the lane broke down. First we went to tell the manager but as I already mentioned she was too sucked into her phone to listen to us and an employee came and fixed our lane but then the bowling balls would not come back so they switched us too lane six and it was going fine until the manager came over and "fixed" our lane but after she left the lane stopped working so we were about to leave when it suddenly worked then we continued and ordered pizza which took 45 minutes and while we where waiting an elderly couple came over and told us that 9 different lanes were broken so we left before our pizza came. Heading to the movies ,we noticed a big sign outside the bowling alley for aTuesday special deal (starting at 8p.m.), which was: $2.22 tacos , $2.22 beers (Miller high Life) , $2.22 games & $2.22 long islands. So we get inside around 10:10 pm and make our way to the back by where the bar is and sit down in the dining area. Our waitress was an older lady with broken English (didn't get her name). I asked her what are the tacos that we could get for this deal... she told us the taco deal was over at 10 p.m. but they did have the beer and long island special, which didn't make any sense to me. I honestly was very disappointed because of the false advertising ( no where in the sign shows a time limit ). We decided to stay and eat something else . She took over 15- 20 minutes to bring out our drinks: 3 kids drinks, 1beer and 1old fashioned. Another 15 minutes to take our order. It took over 30 minutes for our food to come out (the place was NOT packed). We ordered :2 foot long hot dogs, a kid's cheese pizza , kid's hot dog and a kid's cheese burger. Each of the kids meal is around $6.79 which includes a soda and very little bit of fries. The cheeseburger is one slider burger . I can't believe what I saw . Our waitress was never around nor did she check up on us. This has been the worst experience with the food and the service that we received . Yes, it gets worst ... It was time to pay . She stood over us to see if we were going to leave her a tip (I did not like that ) and pretend not to give us back our change . Our lane wasn't working properly and when typing the names, some keys wouldn't work. Staff is really nice and arcade is nice. the interior is pretty. The shoes were uncomfortable and dirty. This place used to be Strike Miami but now it's called Bowlero. They removed the lounge area and added laser tag. Their prices are great, compared to Strike. After certain times they have cheaper rates. They have a desk for laser tag customers and another one for those that want to bowl. When you walk a bit further towards the back they have a complete bar and a small diner area for those that want to just sit and enjoy their meal. Once you are finally in your lane ready to bowl, each lane has a desk with beer menu and food menu. There is a waiter assigned to each section. The waitress that assisted us was kind, missed a few things we requested but we weren't sure if she was new or not. Con: They have you sign a waiting list when ever all their bowling lanes are full. They call you as soon as a lane becomes available. The con is that the same person that's assisting all the customers in line is the one assisting those that have been called back. Meaning, you still end up waiting a pretty long time to be assisted. I think adding a second cashier would make it all easier, and have a lot less wait time.
