The servers are always kind, attentive, and professional. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I have absolutely no complaints about that. However, I believe there is one important issue that needs attention: the DJ. Friday nights are advertised as Latin music nights, and many people come specifically to dance and enjoy Latin music. Unfortunately, this past Friday the music selection was very disappointing. Very little Latin music was played, and instead the DJ played music that did not fit the theme or the atmosphere people were expecting. In addition, the DJ's attitude was disappointing. When customers politely request a song, he seems offended and responds with an arrogant attitude, making guests feel uncomfortable. A DJ's job is not only to play music but also to read the crowd and help create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. My intention is not to offend anyone but to offer constructive feedback. This is a great place with excellent service, delicious food, fair prices, and an outstanding staff. I sincerely hope management will address this issue so that Latin music nights truly reflect what is advertised and customers can enjoy the experience they came for. Sometimes games are out of service, but it is not too challenging to locate an employee who is usually quick to fix things and refund your lost credits. My toddler often wants to go bowling, but he loses interest halfway through a game. The people working the front desk usually offer us a good deal where we only pay for the shoes and that is super helpful because I could not imagine paying over $30 to go bowling and having my son give up halfway through the first game. The prize shop has a solid variety of candies/treats and toys that are well priced for their ticketed value. Overall, for fortyish dollars my son and I have a pretty good time gaming for an hour and a half on an ordinary day. Haven't been for a birthday party in a really long time but I know they do a good job hosting kids' birthdays.

Once you enter your information on the screen, your play time starts IMMEDIATELY. The problem with this is that the food took way too long (mind you, it wasn't even busy) that the play time was dang near over before the food arrived, making us add more time. We tried to order drinks with about 15 mins playing time remaining, and our server said we'd have to pay for more time or our bay would have to be forfeited. To sum it up, we felt rushed. My suggestion to maximize playing time is to order food and drink at the bar before hand and IF POSSIBLE (because I didn't try this so I don't know if its allowed), bring the food and drinks to the bay when you're ready to play.
