I would like to share my feedback in a respectful way because I truly enjoy visiting this place. First of all, I want to compliment the restaurant and bar staff. The servers are always kind, attentive, and professional. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I have absolutely no complaints about that. However, I believe there is one important issue that needs attention: the DJ. Friday nights are advertised as Latin music nights, and many people come specifically to dance and enjoy Latin music. Unfortunately, this past Friday the music selection was very disappointing. Very little Latin music was played, and instead the DJ played music that did not fit the theme or the atmosphere people were expecting. In addition, the DJ's attitude was disappointing. When customers politely request a song, he seems offended and responds with an arrogant attitude, making guests feel uncomfortable. A DJ's job is not only to play music but also to read the crowd and help create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. My intention is not to offend anyone but to offer constructive feedback. This is a great place with excellent service, delicious food, fair prices, and an outstanding staff. I sincerely hope management will address this issue so that Latin music nights truly reflect what is advertised and customers can enjoy the experience they came for. I am surprised to log in and just see 3 stars. Had a great time, today, bowling with my grandchildren. Our lane was available, got our shoes quickly and were ready to go. Short of my bowling score, everything was great. Like many other Yelpers, we weren't impressed with the food but, let's remember where we are. Nachos were okay - it's Cheese Whiz (obv). Kids loved the mac & cheese bites - 6 to an order. The zucchini sticks were definitely overcooked, and we had to go up to specifically ask for the ranch that we paid extra for - but it's okay. read more

Found this alley on the internet while looking for some indoor activities with the grands. Was pleasantly surprised that you could reserve ahead your lane and time slot. They also had an option to order food. DO NOT ORDER FOOD AHEAD! Once we arrived it took 30 minutes for the server to advise they cannot see the online orders. If that is the case, the option shouldn't be available. Once we ordered from the kiosk at your lane it took another 45 minutes to get 2 drinks, kids chicken nuggets, and sweet potato fries. Besides the food debacle, we were super impressed with the overall cleanliness of the alley and the arcade, and the condition of balls, shoes and lanes. It was our first time going to this place. We read online that there was going to be a band playing so we thought that we would go check it out. When we walked in around 8pm. All of the tables were taken, so we were just going to leave. A waitress stopped us and informed us to sit at the table ( it was reserved) and if the ppl came in we could just move. Fortunately, for us the ppl who reserved the table didn't show up. To our benefit. I asked the waitress what was the protocol for reserving a table. She said that you have to call at least a week in advance to get a table. Due to most of the people that go there reserve thier tables weekly. Our waitress was great, and the drinks & food were good. Im glad that they ( the bar) has regular customers, but come on what about us newbies? Maybe only let people reserved a table once a month? I doubt that we will go back. read more

This bowling alley is a great spot for some fun with friends and family. Also has an arcade that's pretty cool. Very clean. The lanes are well-kept, the atmosphere is lively, and it's always a good time. The food is decent -- nothing fancy, but it hits the spot while you're playing. The only drawback is that service can be a bit slow at times, so plan to be patient if you're ordering food or drinks. Overall, still a solid place for a night out! read more

Thought this was a great place to bring our grandson for an afternoon to beat the heat. It's a great space, didn't eat any food but had drinks while we bowled. I'm sure kids love the vibrant screen changing every 5 seconds, but I found it distracting and so bright it was impossible to see the lane markers. Now the bowling which surprised me that it's never been discussed. I've never been to one of these lanes with the strings attached to the pins. It kept some pins from falling and caused others not to fall normally. The game room was large and no surprise a card is required to be purchased. What was a surprise was how expensive the games are and how many were out of service. I'm no pro-bowler, but if I have our grandson I'm coming back. If I'm bowling for fun with friends I'll go somewhere else. read more

Can't speak to food but the place is just fun ! We watched a few bowlers while we sipped on a couple excellent drinks prepared by Wendy . She was friendly and efficient . Walked over to see arcade and it is fun . Skittle ball and the coin pusher and hubby loved the race simulator. Stayed just a while listening to a really good DJ . Bowling was fun - Drink/Food Service was "very disappointing". We'll try somewhere else next time. My nephew & I were looking forward to some fun bowling, having drinks and dinner. the Bowling was fun! Fun graphics & upbeat music. Crowd was families having a good time! We never saw the waitress stop at our Alley 5 spot. After 45 min of playing, I went directly to the bar & ordered drinks, paid including a tip even though we hadn't gotten service. I was told that our drinks would be brought to our table by the one waitress they had working. (I sympathize, as a former waitress-but this gal wasn't even trying to hustle.) Another 45 min later, my nephew went up to the bar and found our drinks sitting there on a tray with the ice melting ... he picked them up. Yeah, they lost out on us - we're usually good for 2 rounds & planned to have dinner. that became a Nope! Finished our drinks & went elsewhere for dinner. The service was nice, one of the servers stopped by us to talk for a minute before she had to get back to work she was a really funny lady. the other server we had was on it with getting what we needed. their music is fun & me and my family go here to get out & be competitive! Some of the worst service I've ever had! We were a party of four (3 adults, 1 child). When we got our shoes, the attendant said a server would be at our lane to take our order. We didn't see anyone for 20 minutes. I returned to the attendant to ask how to place an order. She stated that a server would be to our lane. I told her nobody had been by. I walked to the bar to place our order. The bartender said I could only order from the server at our lane. I told him nobody had come to our lane. He was not concerned. I then called the phone number on the website. A woman answered the phone and I told her I was unable to place a food/drink order. She asked which location I was at. I told her "Spring Hill". She stated she would call the manager and inform them. (I don't know if that ever happened. No Mgr ever spoke with us) The server finally arrived and mixed up the order three times! She forgot our water and didn't place a bar order. We were more than halfway through our 2-hour time before we were served. As we left, we spoke to the Manager On Duty. Her response to our complaints: "The kitchen got slammed", "I'm new here", "We don't have enough help". There was no consideration given for our inconvenience. While we enjoyed the atmosphere, our visit was ruined by poor service and an uncaring staff. read more

Went there tonight with some friends and my niece and their kids. Bowling was great but the food and drinks and service was terrible. Chicken came out cold and raw. Order a margarita and it took a hour and half for it to come out and it was terrible. Also pizza came out burnt and hard. Great place to bring kiddos for a few hours of indoor fun off of their devices. We came here for my daughters birthday and they were great! Very organized (even though I sprung on them at last minute and they were short staffed) and accommodating! Great deal for two hour bday party for 8 kids (not doing cleanup or having a bunch of sugar fueled kids destroying house is priceless!) with unlimited bowling on two lanes in their VIP section (comfy couches set back in blocked off area), two large pizzas and two pitchers of soda! As added bonus they also provided 8 $5 arcade cards (which they give out at end I'm sure to keep kiddos focused on moving along once time is up). This bowling alley is up to date with a bar and grill, snack bar and great game room. I enjoyed a ladies' summer league in 2021, and joined a few friends to have lunch and bowl a few games on a weekday. Went here with my family during cosmic bowling. Overall we had a good time. I felt the lane was clean, and we had great sportsmanship with the lane next to us. Everyone is really respectful of each others space. Rentals for shoes were included. I paid per person for 3 games. We had a blast. I wish the lane was alittle darker to add more depth to the lighting with the disco ball and the lights. In my opinion, it would have made the experience better. read more

Recently moved to Spring Hill from Tampa. I've been in bowling leagues for many years. I went to practice bowling with my son and take advantage of the special from 10:00 - 1:00pm for $10. However, as soon as they opened only 3 or 4 lanes were used. Asked the young man for 2 lanes to practice (cross lanes), he stated he couldn't. Went back to the desk spoke w/Tyler and said he could give us 2 lanes, but then stated he couldn't due to system issue. But a couple next to our one lane were given 2 lanes. Tyler stated they booked lanes online, which is not so as I have tried and no option to reserve unless it's more than 3 people bowling. Unable to call to reserve a lane. BEWARE!!! Would have given this a 5 star if they didn't pull a fast one on us. We had a birthday party today and the place was amazing the kids had a blast. We had plenty of space and the arcade was a huge hit. The ONLY thing that messed it up was in the very beginning as the chaos was going on and we were getting set up they told us we had 3 lanes (we had 13 kids in total) then the lady taking care of us asked us if the adults were joining as well. We figured we had 3 lanes so why not so we put the kids on the 2 and we had the 3rd. We didn't find out till the end of the party that we would be charged an additional $91 for the adults, even though the lane was already included. They didn't tell us ahead of time and the manager refused to take it off. It was infuriating to say the least. Visiting the area and stopped by on a rainy Friday, summer night. I was very impressed with the place just when I walked through the door, and I continued to feel the same way after bowling four games. The cost of two games of bowling, with shoe rental, for three people was $26. We then added two games for another $18. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We decided to order a cheese pizza (which took about 30 minutes to arrive at our lane) but it was very bland - The dough was chewy and the sauce tasted like Ragu. This is the worst bowling ever. I used to go here when I was in high school and it was amazing. This is my first time here since moving back to the area and it was a horrible experience. This started as soon as we walked in we literally sat and stared at the person working the counter for about five minutes before we said can we get some help. To which her response was yeah in a minute. She was apparently to busy crossing names off a list. While bowling we had to have the lane reset 4 times and the balls unstuck even more times. We finally got moved to another lane and this continued to happen. When we said something to the supposed manager he pretty much blew us off and said well we are short staffed. We paid for a service and the service was horrible. To top it off while I was getting drinks I saw the bar tender give an attitude to a little kid that wanted to return a basket from the kitchen. Let me tell you what we went out for a girls night here over the weekend we had a blast. We ordered food and it was hot and delicious! We had some drinks and my daughter had one to many of them white claws and hulk smashed one on the floor by accident and let me tell you! They literally must of been sensing her dumbassness because the woman was right behind her with a mop ready to go. She was on it. We had a blast.
