So incredibly unprofessional. I did not book my party here…read more First, I did my research on their website and sent a message with my questions. Days passed with no reply. I called and left a message asking them to please check their email. I get a reply from someone giving me another person's name and # to call. I call him. He tells me that the pricing on their website is only for the hall and the food is separate. I tell him,"what are you talking about? I'm looking right here that it says it includes one food item from each of the columns." He then says that lunch is $20 and dinner is $30. Their page says one price $15, $20, or $25 depending on which menu option you select, regardless of time of day for a 6 hour period. This guy was abrupt, unprofessional and didn't give a flying monkey if I booked there or not. Thank you for making my decision to go with my gut so much easier. How are you in business!?

They didn't serve what we asked them to, nor did they cut the cake or serve it so we ended up going home with the whole cake. They cut the DJ off early which caused all the guests to began leaving. And the worst part of all, they stole my sister (the brides) purse. We know it was their staff because the owner was not willing to help us find it. It held many of her wedding gifts and pure gold. We tried calling the police on them but they don't have cameras so we couldn't prove anything. Awful.

It was very hot outside-our ac in room work ok- fan didn't circulate. The main floor was hot probably 79 degrees. The indoor pool area was hot too. They just keep ac from cooling to conserve $$$. The breakfast was very good-eggs ,bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, one day was cheese omelettes & mini quiche. Waffle maker, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt & bagels. This is a safe place next to Porsche. Only complaint was the AC needs to be turned on.

Were they going to give away my room if I did not answer? The front doors were locked since it was so late at night, but someone was there and let us in immediately. We also were probably the last to check in because they had our keys ready to go and seemed to know who we were. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. The body wash, shampoo. and conditioner were in pmps on the wall. The TV was also a good size and swiveled between the bed area and the living area, which was separated by a small glass wall with a desk behind it. This desk was crucial for me doing some work and hopping on calls in the morning. The partition was also great so I wasn't a huge bother to the rest of my room. The wifi could have been stronger, I ended up using my hot spot for video calls. There is a small fridge and coffee station in the room. The layout was great! Breakfast was downstairs until 9:30am on a weekday. It was basic, but had meat and was hot, so that was good. Parking is free and there were plenty of spaces. They also have an indoor pool that we di not use, though it was small, no one was there when we walked by.

After my last visit in January, 2026, the hotel modified my reservation which somehow led to me not getting points or nights on my account. I made my reservation through Egencia with my coworker, who stayed the same length of time as myself. I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue with no contact from the hotel general manager. I will be following up with Marriott one last time to notify them of the lack of resolution. After our last stay in January, my coworker got his points immediately, while I was told I made my reservation through the wrong system. The same "wrong system" as my coworker, yet he had no issues. After receiving no communication or path forward from the general manager and staying a full week at the hotel with no contact, I can no longer stay at this location. I have been staying at this location for close to two years and will no longer be booking travel to this hotel. Nor will my coworker.

In the morning, I was able to take a peaceful stroll around the lake, walk across the bridge, and check out the convenient plaza full of restaurants. The staff are super friendly and warm. They have a quaint breakfast area/bar/coffee bar in the lobby. This hotel really has all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. I slept wonderfully in their bed, and the shower pressure was great. This isn't a fancy hotel, but everything here felt clean and new. Really a great option if you're ever in the Sugar Land area!

It was a very confusing spot to find as it's situated in the suburbs and we thought it might've been the incorrect GPS address. There is a huge parking lot which is poorly designed and multiple venues that make it quite confusing to navigate around if you're going there for the first time. Not quite sure what the appeal to this venue is besides the "wildlife" but we did see a few wandering peacocks screaming on top of trees and defecating around the parking lot. There were 2-3 zebras and a few deer behind one of their fences but we did not see anything that would describe this location as a safari. The venue itself was slightly dated and honestly not what you would think of for the more modern millennial wedding locations/ aesthetics. The men's bathroom had the lovely 3 urinal with no divider setup and the interior of the venue we attended reminded me of a Luby's.
