My only change would have been scheduling the final walk through and floorplan layout 1.5 - 2 weeks prior to the event for any changes. Hopefully, we will use Milano in the future.

It was an intimate venue(considering it is a 28 million dollar state of the art centre) so no matter where your seat was the view was amazing. When the opening act started, the sound was to put it nice..not up to par with expectation, but that was negated by the fact when Marsha and her band came on to play, the sound was extraordinarily heart felt and interactive so we will chalk up the snafu to the local artist who was using prerecorded tracks, no fault of the centre. This is definitely a jewel for Fort Bend County and a great opportunity for artist to perform for crowds who otherwise would not have the opportunity that bigger venues have to offer. This is a secret that should be shared.

Breakfast was downstairs until 9:30am on a weekday. It was basic, but had meat and was hot, so that was good. Parking is free and there were plenty of spaces. They also have an indoor pool that we di not use, though it was small, no one was there when we walked by.

After our last stay in January, my coworker got his points immediately, while I was told I made my reservation through the wrong system. The same "wrong system" as my coworker, yet he had no issues. After receiving no communication or path forward from the general manager and staying a full week at the hotel with no contact, I can no longer stay at this location. I have been staying at this location for close to two years and will no longer be booking travel to this hotel. Nor will my coworker.
