Holy molium, it's Bowlium!...We were at another bowling alley that was busy hosting a tourney, so the staff recommended checking this place out. It's a striking building to look at especially during the evenings. A blast from the past with the smells to go with it. 32 Lanes as it proudly states out front, and we were given lane #26. Plenty of the lanes available too, and with that a large selection of balls. The lights were dimly lit in the place, and folks of all levels were playing that night. Fancy high-powered spinning and frequent gutter balls, we were squarely near the lower end of that spectrum. Different game modes on the screen included cartoons/animations of bowling pins, sea creatures, and comic book characters, which added some charm to an otherwise similar experience. At one point, the guys on the lane to the left gave us some good pointers, though I cannot say I will bowl enough to retain any of the muscle memory. My kids have been begging me to take them bowling. I was putting it off because of the high prices everywhere! I paid $66 for two games which took us about 1:30 to play for the three of us. Shoes included. I booked my session online. With their cyber deal promo code. When we arrived my kids and I had water bottles, they asked us to to either take em back to the car or leave them with them. I told them it was just water and they pointed to their water station. I don't know if it was the vending machine or the bar area? Either way thought that was a bit much. Given how much you already pay for a couple games. They also ask for a tip online, automatically 18%. Which can be edited if you click on it. Which I thought was also a bit much given that I didn't order food there. My kids wanted to check out the arcade. Paid $20 for 200 points. Most machines are 10 credits some 15. Everything seemed well kept. read more

As someone who's been to several lanes around here, I was really impressed with how well-maintained and enjoyable this place is! I took advantage of their Tuesday deal--3 games for $12 and 2 appetizers for $12--which is such a steal! They also have other specials throughout the week, making it a great spot for both casual bowlers and regulars. The lanes were well oiled and in great condition, and the new scoring machines were a nice touch! The AC and fans were strong, which made a huge difference in staying comfortable while bowling. Went to Bowlium Lanes with friends, and we had so much fun! My friend Sarah accidentally threw the ball backward, and everyone laughed. The lanes were clean, the food was tasty (get the loaded fries!), and the staff was really nice. I even got a strike at the end and won! It got busy later, so maybe book a lane ahead of time. I use to go to this bowling alley as a kid regularly and hadn't been back for a number of years. Just went as a celebration to a friend moving back to town and had an amazing time. Lots of specials everyday for bowling, which is great. They have super good deals most days for anyone to enjoy. Place is very clean, with lots of lanes. It had a decent size arcade, and has a pool/bar room as well. Friendly staffing well maintained bathrooms which is always a plus. My only complaint while we were there was they shut down the ovens at 8pm and that's when they are supposed to have their pizza specials. I was having a sleepover with my nieces and decided to plan a bowling trip. I can't remember the last time I went bowling, so I figured it would be a fun outing. After looking up a few places, I decided on Bowlium Lanes. I liked that you could make reservations online because I get to see the damage to my wallet ahead of time. I don't know why I pictured some old, outdated bowling alley. To my surprise, it was nice, clean and ready for us to have a good time. Getting shoes was a breeze. I was really surprised to learn that you could request bumpers for specific players. The last time I went bowling and needed bumpers it was bumpers for one, bumpers for all. Once we set that up, we were ready to bowl. After setting up the game, I walked over to the diner to order some mozzarella sticks and fries. I wish they had a bigger area to snack on your food. Putting it by the bowling balls wasn't an option with three kids. The kids enjoyed the different versions of games. Overall, I would say it was a successful trip. Everyone had a good time bowling and the overall bowling alley was much more than I expected. As we were leaving, they started the cosmic bowling and of course, that's the kids new request. Arrived on a Thursday evening expected to pay the $15 9pm- closing but the price had gone up, like in a day. So, the bowling rate for Thursday evening is $17, they also have specials on Monday and Fridays check their website. The bar area is really nice, pool tables, jenga and connect four. I'm sure a ton of people chill there on the weekends. The diner offers "the typical fare" such as; burgers, pizza, hot dogs, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken wings, salads all within a reasonable price. Such a great spot to bring family and friends. My buddy drew brought me the place. First time out there and i just love it. The food was amazing including the buffalo chicken pizza. OMG it was so good. The prices on bowling is really good and they have nights where they do cosmic bowling. Meaning they turn the lights off and turn on the black lights and have dj strob lights and play awesome up beat music. They also have pool tables and a great variety of arcade machines for the kids to play. My favorite there is the basketball game. They also have a bar area for the adults. Don't take my word for it. Go out there and bring the family. I promise you will not get disapointed. Another good thing to mention is that the place doesn't get crazy packed so if you looking for a place that is not crazy mad house of people and your looking for a place that is not crazy busy, this is the place. This is one of my favorite places to bowl. They have bowling on Sport patterns (like the PBA bowl on) on Tuesdays as well at unlimited bowling on Wednesday and Thursday nights. The staff is very friendly too. read more

This bowling alley is on a per hour basis. The place is a bit outdated, especially the bar area which had a 70s theme. The bar drinks that were served to us were served in dirty cups. Bartender didn't even have half the ingredients to make the specialty cocktails on the menu. The service was good and the bartender was friendly. Overall pretty decent bowling alley, for the price it was OK definitely would recommend coming on their specialty discount nights. read more

5 stars for the food alone. Everything I've had at the diner so far has been fantastic. Highly recommend the chicken wings I would come here just for those. Bartenders are always super friendly and will make a drink however I ask. Usually good pours too. Staff are friendly. Kids love that they have icees. Overall it's clean and lanes are kept up. I have called multiple times to find out prices at the bar to set up a meet up for a few friends to have drinks and bowl . But no one has any idea how much the drinks are and the staff doesn't even offer to walk over and get a price for anything. Like bruh do you want business or what . I'll update my review when I get the prices . The website is dated like Yelp Update : okay so I checked this place out last did the whole experience played pool and bowling and stood for cosmic bowling . The prices for the beer is $11.00 for a plastic cup and $22 for a picture so the picture is a no brainer , sadly only plastic cups no cold glasses . Margarita is $8.50 Cadillac margarita is $11.00 , they have strawberry , mango , watermelon , classic . They don't actually have the cups to shake and mix the drinks like a normal bar would have they just fill a cup up with everything and pour it to another cup and Another cup to mix it ... kinda wack but okay . The lounge area is nice and comfortable lots of TVs and they have a jukebox , i wouldn't come here for the pool the area is kinda dark and the tables aren't the best $2 a game . Came with a group of 5 we got a lane for 2 hours the weekend is only by the hour so we just split the cost . Shoes are $5 if not close to it, the shoes I got were done beaters like someone lived a while life in them and felt like crap. Bowling is alright the space between you and the other lane is tight and people are always walking behind you feels really crowded . The lanes are very plane and very basic , I would say I had more fun when it turned to cosmic bowling . Overall I would come back would suggest getting both lanes to feel comfortable, the workers are really good about getting trash and unused balls and returning them to their racks they really do a good job. read more

So the place is often empty during the day, if there are no birthday parties going on, which on this day, there weren't. So, for two adults and four small kids for 60 minutes of bowling, the price xame out to $134 w/shoes. Time starts as soon as you pay. This means, you still yave to change your shoes, figure out the bowl order, find a ball that suits you. Also, they only alliw a maximum of 5 players per lane, sonthis is whybwe had to get two lanes. Also, time keeps ticking if you need to go to the restroom. We were only able to get about two games in. Whats more upsetting is when you see theway lower pricing for other days. I was not impressed with the atmosphere and will probably not be going back there. Way over priced. read more

Removed 3 stars due to horrible rules the management has instituted. Our party spent over $600 for lane rental, food, drinks and arcade, but were told we absolutely cannot open the birthday cake box inside their premises and sing my son a happy birthday song. So we went out in the parking lot and had him blow out his candles there. "Should have rented a party room" - this wasn't a kids' party but most of us adults who wanted to bowl, not sit in the kids party room. "no outside food" should NOT apply to birthday cakes. Especially since the place does not sell any cupcakes or cakes, and, like I said, we spent lots of $$ on their food and alcohol already. I have to add we have no complaints about the staff at all - they were very friendly and apologetic. I blame the management/owners for having such customer alienating rules in place. Otherwise, the place is modern and clean, diner style food is better than average, and the bowling was fun. A good place to bowl - NOT a good place to celebrate your birthday. read more

READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE!! There's a clear pattern here that points directly to the angry little man Al who I understand is the owner/manager. He's an absolute D Bag! My family and I went to try this place out on Easter and found it to be expensive at almost $60 per hour for 1 lane plus $6 for each shoe rental. That's a lot more expensive than every other bowling alley in the area. My bad experience started when the front desk staff Steven tried to tell me that I had to pay for shoes even though I told him that I had my own shoes already! He clearly didn't understand that I was already wearing my own custom bowling shoes as I bowl in a league and had them made for me so I wouldn't have to look like a clown wearing the rentals every time I bowl. Keep in mind I've never ever had anyone question my bowling shoes or give me a hard time at any bowling alley and I've been bowling since I was a teenager. After my family paid for their own shoe rentals we started to bowl and Steven the front desk came to our lane and asked if he could talk to me. I said sure and walked up towards the front desk and again he started telling me their shoe rental policy literally hounding me for that $5.99 rental while Im wearing f'en bowling shoes! Unbelievable but I kindly explain again that Im wearing them and they were custom made and that's why they don't look like the typical clown shoes. I showed him my shoes and he said "Oh ok no problem sorry" and left. I go back to bowling and 5 min later this angry little troll comes up to me all red in the face trying to make himself look mean with a mad face and interrupts me and my family again and in front of my kids says "Can I speak to you ?" I said sure and start to walk up the side ramp to walk away from my kids so we can talk when he starts literally yelling at me about how I need to rent his shoes and mine aren't allowed. I couldn't believe this little troll was yelling at me right in front of my kids, he didn't even wait to speak to me away from them. I told him in front of my kids he needs to watch how he's talking to me and he immediately said we had to leave! Right in front of my family and kids and on Easter! He didn't even try to talk to me at all it went from "Can I speak to you" to him walking to me not even waiting for me to walk away from my kids to him immediately yelling at me and throwing a tantrum like a f'en child! He never tried to be professional whatsoever! I've never witnessed a manager or owner ever speak to customers or employees the way this little troll did and after reading these 1 star reviews I see that Im not the only one. Spend your money with a business that respects their customers and employees. Stay far away from this run down bowling alley. The shoes my family rented were literally falling apart! Trash shoes and trash customer service by a trash owner/manager. This is what you get at this business. read more

This place was just horrible from start to finish. We had a reservation, and right off the bat the guy at the front desk (possibly manager or owner) was seen fighting with customers, being extremely rude to other workers, etc. THEN, even though we reserved a lane for an hour and twenty minutes, they gave us an hour. THEN, the lane was messed up, had an incorrect number of pins repeatedly, leading us to waste time we paid for to have someone help us. THEN, when we asked for them to give us the correct amount of time (add 20 minutes), they said they'd only add 10. Lastly, we had four minutes left in our game and it shut off without even telling us our scores. Not worth the attitude, not worth the fight, not worth the price. Don't bother. read more

This review is for the venue overall but ESPECIALLY for the team that works in Splits (the bar) and the Snack Bar crew!! The folks at the snack bar are great and totally make the best snacks and food!! The bartenders at Splits are so hard working and attentive! Naomi, Jennifer, and Martha are all so kind and give amazing service!! I did not like that I watched a manager come in and bark some orders at the bartenders...Really???!!! The bar was packed but I didn't see him take any time to help or support his bar team that surely brought in a good amount of revenue tonight. He said his piece and left, never lifting a finger. If the manager that did this is reading this review - SHAME ON YOU! Lead by example! Pitch in! Support your front line workers!
