Whoever the bartender was this past Friday was a BITCH. I'm a bartender my self and her customer service was horrible. My cousins and I went to Players, it was our first time we decided to try a new bar , we are big on tips so we definitely was going to take care of her but as soon as we stepped into the bar and walked up to order drinks , her attitude was disgusting it was like a stick was up her ass. Sadly she was the only bartender so we decided to leave. Never will I spend money or give money to a person who doesn't deserve it. read more

I would only recommend this bar if your not picky about your environment. There are obviously way up to scale bars in the area but for a chill relaxing night this place isn't too bad. There are a few pool tables to use & the bartenders are all pretty good. Ask for Sil! She's the best bartender they have. Also they offer some bar food & AMI music. read more

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a bar in a matter of two minutes of walking in. A man asks "what's up?!" aggressively to me when I first walk in. "I don't recognize you." In a tone in which he wanted to start something. So awful already, even worse I say something to the bartender about the gentleman and she apologizes but then I see her playing pool with him. People like this need to be kicked out or change their attitude. I understand he must be a local so he gets away with it for that reason, but it's horrible for business. I have friends that go here and they have always told me to get out the house for while, well since coming back to my outside self I went and took look I have to say it's spacious and the drink selection is amazing and the placement of the drinks, the liquor, and the faucet shows in architecture, the price to play a few games of pool and drink are unbeatable. This place was ok at first, some bartenders are cool, but theres this one that's in there around 5pm that is a total bitch! A tall blowded blonde chick, very rude! The times I would be there she was always talking shit about people & things she would do! Customers are there to enjoy there drinks not hear a shit talker! She was also very rude at times, which made us stop going! She has very poor customer service skills. I would go back , but only if she wasn't there! Which means never!!! read more

Cool place with lots of tables. Great drink specials. Kinda an older crowd who are more about pool than drinking. They have typical bar food available, it's not great, but it does the trick if you came to drink and play pool and hang out. Overall great place to play pool and grab a beer with friends. read more

When a customer ask you if your lotto scanner works and u say no then they ask about the one for the hot spot just to see if u can see if it's a winner. not to cash out. Then the bartender yells at you saying I'm not paying u and I told u that before but yet i never asked to be paid. Then proceed to yell and curse saying you can get the fuck out. When alls u do is ask of there is someone working later that night be able to reverse it cause you wernt told it would get cashed out in the system. That leads to bartenders getting fired!. Been here multiple times terrible terrible service! The lady behind the bar always wears a LA lakers jersey with brown hair is super rude. Never lets me and my friend play pool at all for no reason which really annoys me. Always a bitch. There's 6 pool tables when we ask for the cue ball she said there's no more balls that everyone in those 5 tables already had their cue balls that she gave out & we were at the 6th table.... Today we asked twice and she said there's only 3 cue balls that everyone already had them. What's the point of having 6 tables with 3 cue balls! MAKES NO SENSE. She's a liar. It is a nice bar located in Ontario, California. There are several pool tables, and on certain nights, they have karaoke events. The drinks are priced quite fairly, and not on the expensive side, from what I remember. The bartenders are quite friendly, and the ambiance is not hostile. I came here on June 23rd, 2017. Seems like the local pool hall has a bar attached. I like how the 6 pool tables are well-lit. I came looking for some regulars of the defunct Woody's and found a different set of regulars. They have a few microbrews and the usual suspects in regards to domestic and Mexican beers. They also have a full bar which is supplied with some common above average hard liquors. Karaoke evident this Friday night which is overseen by a DJ. I've only been to Players once and it was on a Friday night. A group of friends and I ended up there after unsuccessfully finding open pool tables at other bars and billiards. The inside is small and isn't in the best shape, but they have a good amount of tables available and games are only 75 cents. The crowd was mostly older men. They do karaoke on the weekends.
