My go to spot for Acai bowls. Today I wanted to try their poke bowls. Everything was for take out. Ordered the usually PB lover Acai bowl and today I ordered the Wicked Tuna Bowl. Acai is always great and never disappoints. My tuna bowl, it was great, the only thing was my rice was super hard. Seems like it was old rice that has been sitting in the rice cooker. Otherwise, it was great, will try a poke bowl in the future again. Just hope the rice isn't hard. read more

He did what was needed to make things right. So I decided to give them another try. Came here on a Friday afternoon around 1pm ish and the female cashier was welcoming. I ordered the Bohemian #1, no watermelon sub strawberries instead. Bowl was made quickly and the presentation looked appealing and appetizing. Packed with yummy goodness plus it was big enough to get me pleasantly full. At $14 a bowl though....ouch! Well, we all know "healthy foods" comes with a price. This location is back in business. We've been here a few times and we like their Makai Bowl since moving to Vegas. Customer service was good. She was nice and helpful. Our acai bowl came out super fast, they made it so easy. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I hope that upon leaving this review it does serve a purpose and their employees will be a little more welcoming. I'm new to the neighborhood and have been to quite a couple of bowlogys as their bowls are delicious. Upon arriving to this specific location, no one was in front. Two young lady's came out after a couple of minutes of waiting, I asked how they were doing and got no response, it felt like I was bothering while ordering my bowls. Maybe they were having a bad day however that should be left at the door, the atmosphere was not inviting at all. I received my food, I said thank you have a good day and no response back. I completely love bowlology!! My favorite bowl of theirs is the makai bowl. It's definitely my favorite but I get it without the granola and substitute it for some chocolate chips. I would describe the texture as more of a frozen yogurt kind of deal. It's sweet and tarty but definitely delicious! I like how it's very thick too compared to the consistency of the other bowls. This location is very clean and off of blue diamond area. There's plenty of parking too. The only reason I give this place four stars is how expensive the bowls have gotten compared to before. I get it with inflation and everything prices go up, but I paid $30 for 2 bowls and if you ask me that's pretty pricey! read more

Ordered online, and arrived at the pickup time only for it to be pushed back another 15 minutes. I looked inside and no one was in line or waiting, so I'm curious as to why my order got pushed back. I go inside to ask about my order, no one was at the register and I stood for about 5 minutes before someone finally came out. I even hesitated to call the store to get someone out. She looks at the tablet only to realize they haven't even started the order. Waited another 5-10 minutes for our order to be made. I grabbed the bag and headed out, when I got home realized we got shorted on one of the bowls which happened to be the more expensive one (ocean bowl). The bowl was about half way filled compared to the other bowl (chocolate bowl). Complete disappointment in the food and service. Update: came back to the store to ask kindly if they could remake the bowl in hopes of making this experience a little better. Their first is reaction was "are you sure you didn't eat it?" Are you kidding me. Check what you are giving to paying customers prior to packaging. I don't want to go to these lengths to get an açaí bowl. read more

I've been a fan of Bowlology for a long time now, frequenting the UNLV location when I was a student. I was excited to see they opened a new location close to my home base! Unfortunately, this locations service just is not living up to the standards I know Bowlology has. I came in around 11:30 on a Saturday morning and the shop was completely empty..as in no customers, or workers. I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes before someone finally came sauntering out of the back. I'm not sure if he was the only one working, or if someone else was back there, or what, it just seemed strange to leave your storefront completely unattended like that, and clearly not have any kind of notification system to know when someone walks in. My bowl was great. I've been getting a pitaya Hula bowl with no pineapple for a while now, and it did not disappoint. This time, I decided to add strawberries to the blend in place of the pineapple. It was good, but made it a little too sweet. The shop seemed pretty clean and bright. They had subtle music playing, but it seemed rather lowkey. Overall, I'm still happy to have this location nearby, but their management could use some work. read more

This place used to be one of my favorite places to go. Now they don't offer the protein bowls, they were out of 9th island sauce. Their blender was broken so you couldn't have any of the fruit bowls. I've gone in person a total of three times and used postmates twice with this location. Each time I went, the worker was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Out of the five times I ordered from that location they really fudged me over on my last two orders. They messed up the first order and skimped on the second one. I've gone to multiple locations and they all fill it to the top and give me my money's worth.. I'm missing a whole inch (picture attached).. Edit: Went in to have my issue resolved, with the manager's approval they made my order that I had paid for online the week prior and they explained why the closed last week. The food is always great, but I highly recommend to the store to turn off online ordering if you will be closed. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered online as it showed the store was open. Made my order Tuesday at 1pm, went to pick up and the store was CLOSED. I have not been able to get my $46.60 back. The payment went from processing to paid. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone there, so I can't talk to anyone. I emailed customer support and no answer from there either. I have to agree with previous reviews about the service. I have been asking them about adding online ordering to their main bowology ordering system and for some reason this is the only location that isn't available for online ordering, which is fine, but then make sure your workers are answering the phones to be able to get phone orders in. I didn't want to be this person but I went in today and ordered a small smoothie everything was fine and then the girl came out with my smoothie. She said that she was sorry they are out of small cups so it is in a large and that's why it wasn't all the way full, no problem not a big deal. She then proceeds to tell me that they are out of straws and promptly runs into the back to hide. Im sorry but how TF am I supposed to drink a smoothie without a straw like the cups don't even have an opening such as Starbucks cups. If you are out of straws maybe tell the customer before they order also if you are a smoothie place you need straws like go to Walmart. I really don't understand.
