It's Jamba Juice. If you love smoothies, you go there and you are generally pleased with what you get. I've been a customer for over 25 years and I wouldn't keep coming back if i didn't like it. This is the closest location to my home and they generally do a good job so they see me, or more likely my wife, on a regular basis. The folks from Dutch Bros should send their employees over to observe how Jamba juice employees are somehow able to consistently get their smoothies completely blended without leaving big chunks of fruit and ice at the bottom of their cups. I don't know how every DB location somehow manages to consistently suck at that but watching the competent smoothie mixing at JJ could be a game changer for their entire business! read more

The selection is cool with lots of customization, the only downside is also the customization, since it halts the flow a bit sometimes. it's kinda like your first Lego set. I always get the acai smoothie and it tastes different every time at this location. I'm used to sweet creamy acai smoothies and sometimes they make it tart. This location has inconsistent smoothies and idk what I'm going to get each time. I typically order the açaí primo bowl with oat milk. On occasion I have to say easy on the honey, it can make the bowl a smidge too sweet. The smoothie bowls are delicious every time and very filling, a great option after a workout. I look forward to trying more things on the menu. You won't regret your visit here. I doubt I'm the first customer here but this new Jamba location just opened it seems. I think this is a great location for a Jamba. Super close the EOS gym and the freeway. Also due to having a drive thru it helps make it easier on making healthier choices when it comes to eating out but that might just be me. The outside of the establishment could look a bit more Jamba- ish but for now I still dig it. The drive thru menu didn't really have all the items listed so I had to pull up my app real quick to see if this particular Jamba served the regular items and they did once we told the employee what we wanted. Came here for the first time today. This location just recently opened so we wanted to try it out. We ordered a smoothie and a bowl. Both delicious. The bowl had a good amount of toppings, I was able to enjoy throughout the entire bowl. My husband added a shot of vitamins and zinc to his peach smoothie. There was a car in front of us and two behind us, so a steady flow. We received our order within a few minutes. It's kinda pricey, just under $17, but we enjoyed it as his pre birthday treat. It was gorgeous outside so we chose to order from the walk up window and drink it outside on the benches to enjoy the day. We were helped by Gia, who was very friendly, knowledgeable about the different options, gave personal recommendations and helped us choose the perfect smoothie! Came here a few days ago for a smoothie. Seems to get better but still a long wait for 1 smoothie with no one else in the drive thru or inside. Waited 9 minutes for a large mango-a-go-go smoothie. 9 minutes which is pretty long. Plus this location uses paper straws unlike the other Jamba Juice locations. So when drinking your smoothie your straw starts to crumble. Not sure if I will return again just for the simple fact of having to wait 9 minutes for a smoothie when they are not even busy. read more

At 8:00am the Team Member approached us and said that his "Manager was not in.." waited until 8:20am and another Team Member arrives and informs us that they can't open because the "Manager wasn't in yet." This is very unprofessional. Waiting wasn't an issue, but those Team Members who arrived on time and the Brand of the Business being affected negatively by a Member of Leadership is unacceptable. Working in the Customer Service industry, it really starts from the Top and apparently Management isn't setting a good example for the team. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. Megan, Debbie, Jenna and Gia are the sweetest most professional group of girls. They always have a smile for me and a pleasant demeanor when I order no matter what time of the day it is. They have a vast menu and are willing to explain what would be a good add-on. I have tried all of the plant based smoothies and found each one delicious. I will be trying everything on the menu eventually! I always give them a little tip and they are really appreciative! This is now my go to stop at least 4 times a week.
