We love Bow Wow. The staff has always been great over the years, consistently friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly love what they do as well as all of the dogs in their care. Text communication is good if they need something or have a question while you are away. I wouldn't describe our dog as "friendly" (haha) but they love our weird little furball just the same. read more

I was very apprehensive the first time I brought my dog to BowWow. My darling 4-legged boy is very shy, and was upset when we pulled into the parking space in front of the facility. Tamara, his groomer, could not have been more gentle or reassuring. He went with her a littl reluctantly; I knew he was in great hands. He is less apprehensive each time he's due for his grooming; Tamara remains patient, kind and gentle with him. My initial impression of the facility was positive, as I was able to speak to an actual human being. She was informative without being pushy. There's no monthly "club fee", or any other financial requirement to get grooming. I will remain with BowWow for as long as they are in business! read more

We love this place :) my dog used to go often for daycare and recently we've started to use them for boarding. I knew they were wonderful when they called and first assured me that goose was fine but that he really wasn't eating and wanted to ask what I'm okay with them adding to the food to get him to hopefully eat. I very much appreciated the called and especially that they were very reassuring that he is okay and they just want to try to make him as comfortable as possible the report card was fun to see too! read more

I do not recommend Bow Wow. We were loyal customers for over 2 years and one day I was told it was my dogs last day. The morning this happened I was even told how great my dog was and 6 hours later they told me he wasn't allowed back. I wasn't given any notice. This left me scrambling to find a new daycare within 2 days (thanks Bow Wow). In the end I'm happy this happened b/c Urban Pooch and Bark Bark Club are 1000% better. The staff at Bow Wow Lounge was so helpful when, in distress, I dashed in to ask for their help in catching a loose dog that was running in the alley and dangerously close to busy, hectic Foster Avenue. I did not get all of the names of everyone on their staff who immediately helped catch the dog. Lydia coordinated the effort and Maggie (who is a serene and calm dog whisperer!) came with me and successfully caught the little dog who was growling at all of us. They kept the dog in their care and attempted to locate the owner through several means. It was a bit of a wild goose chase as the dog's tags were out of date. Luckily the owners claimed the dog hours later in response to a note I left on their door. It was such an impromptu team effort to save that little dog! The staff at Bow Wow Lounge was so concerned and caring about a growling little stray dog on a very hot day. They jumped through hoops to help me and the dog. I was so impressed with their compassion, resourcefulness and commitment to caring for this pup who was technically a stray. I can only imagine how wonderfully they treat the dogs who are their clients. They are consumate professional dog experts, very caring animal lovers and wonderful neighbors! I believe from what I have seen that they would care for your dog as if it were their very own. read more

Bow Wow Lounge has been caring for our dog ever since we adopted him two years ago. Corri and her team couldn't be more professional, dedicated and friendly. They are very flexible to our needs when scheduling walks during the work week when things need to change. Plus our neighbors have told us unsolicited that they notice our dog walker actually spends time walking our dog and that our dog always looks so happy on his walks! Furthermore, our dog always pulls us into the door at Bow Wow Lounge when we take him to daycare, so we know he's having a great time there!
