I've been a customer several times. This business has horrible customer service. For pre paid labels they will only accept packages depending on the size. I went to ship a package via FedEx but they would not accept the package. The older lady is rude and not helpful at all. Complete waste of time. The Walgreens nearby is probably the better place for fedex dropoffs, and the 2 post office's nearby for USPS, and Main Street UPS for UPS of course, but I don't think there's another DHL service in the area.. read more

I've come here a handful of times over the years and everytime I have a egregiously bad experience. Ridiculous price gouging aside (the markups here compared to actual FedEx should be illegal). Customer service is pretty much non-existent. They click a few buttons, tell you why they can't do this, that, and the other because they are just a shipping center, and if you're lucky they will take your package and your money. It looks like the majority of ratings are one star and I agree. I've been to this place twice and had negative experiences. The first was a few years ago so I don't remember all the details. Just that I had to ship an item via UPS and they were totally useless. All I remember them saying is that they couldn't do it. Just recently, I had to return an item to Canada via FedEx and the company sent me a pre-paid shipping label with customs paperwork. They told me to go to a FedEx shipping center and they could provide guidance on how to prepare the package for shipment. I went to Box-All and the were totally unhelpful. The lady said I had handle everything myself but she would sell me a bag and tape. Well, I went home and packed the item and attached the paperwork similar to how I received it and hoping for the best. I will never go to this business again. The couple running this parcel center are friendly and helpful. The mailbox rental is pretty cheap compared to other places and they e-mail you when you receive a package. Sometimes they forget to e-mail, but it's not a huge deal as I track my packages online. The location is convenient next to Costco, although parking gets hard on the weekends. read more

I have never written a negative comment on any business, but this place is so bad that I feel obliged to let my neighbors know. For short, they do not honor their contract with UPS. Today his excuse for not honoring a return shipment, boxed and labeled (!), was that the box was too large. It was a showerhead... Gawd awful. I understand businesses care about the bottom line and cutting costs to keep afloat. However, this couple here just cares about money. They will drain. Every time I do a ups drop off I have to beg and plea to them that it's there contractual right to provide the drop off receipt. I come with,"what if I leave the package here and i find out the packages gets lost? The receipt serves as liability for you and me ..." but nope. Last Friday I came to the drop off. I send packages and letters to my brother and the gentlemen that works at this parcel service center has always been very helpful. I don't know why this place gets a lot of bad reviews but the few times I have been here has always been pain free. Parking here can be a real pain since this store shares a parking lot with the Alhambra Costco. If you don't have anything heavy to carry I strongly recommend parking as far away from the Costco and Souplantation that is in this plaza. read more

First time dropping off a package here. The lady at the front isn't helpful. just to charge. She didn't know anything about shipping, not even where the labels went. Very short with her responses and confusing. The man was more helpful in terms of direction on labels. It wasn't a huge deal I just got annoyed (also I'm 8 months pregnant carrying a diaper pail box back and forth three times because I had to go to my car to research and get help) They charge 3.50 to print your return label or anything really. I am all for supporting the community spots but you've also got to be helpful , friendly and actually know how to support your customer. Definitely not a good first experience. I had a good experience here. I went on a monday to mail a kayak paddle out. No other customer was in there when I was in there. My package did take a bit longer, but the only person that worked there was patient and did a good job wrapping and taping things up. When another customer came in to drop off a package and asked for a receipt, the man that worked there told him that he had to wait until he was done with my package first. That customer was very patient as well. I was pleased that he didn't stop with my package to do something else and come back to it. First come first serve! read more

I've had a mailbox here for years. Mr and Mrs. Kim, the owners, are great people. For anyone who's worried about packages being left at their home and possibly getting stolen, Box All's mailboxes are a great option! I've NEVER had a package stolen because they're ALWAYS delivered to Box All. The rental rates ate reasonable, with different renewal terms, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, so you've got options! For all the negative reviews, I say you didn't give the Kims a chance. I've never had a problem, I can drop off my packages (usually prepaid!) with no worries. read more

I have shipped some pretty important stuff from here twice now--once to family overseas and once domestically. Every experience has been a positive one. The friendly mom-and-pop were always helpful with advising on the best packing techniques, tricks to save me a few bucks, and even helping me Tetris my things into the box. They were respectful of my belongings and packed them with care. You may bring your own box but they also sell them if you need one. Prices are very reasonable. They also help tape up your box so no need to bring your own tape. read more

If you ever do business here make sure you get receipts. Dropped off 36lb box with a stroller inside and it already had a ups pre paid label attached to it. After a few days of tracking, it seems UPS never received the package. It also seems the Hispanic guy "Chris" who took receipt of the package magically had a memory loss of ever taking in such a package. Do business else where. I came in with a prepaid box to ship my Dish Network box back, but I left it unsealed in case they wanted to check the inside or make sure it was ready for proper shipping. I don't know. My bad. However, the guy there handled the situation very poorly. He came off as having no customer service skills whatsoever. ::talking to another employee or the driver for a minute before acknowledging me:: Me: Hi, I have a prepaid package I would like to send out. Employee: ::looks at box:: You gotta seal it. Me: Oh... do you guys do sealing here? Employee: It's $5. (i actually don't remember the exact amount) Me: Oh ok... can I just buy some some tape from you guys and tape it here? Employee: I guess. Me: Ok... ::I grab a $2 roll of packaging tape and hand it to the employee along with my credit card:: Employee: ::looks at it:: don't you have any cash? Been shipping here for years now under the current owner and pervious owner. Never had a issue with any of my packages. We ship high volume every week. Majority of the time there pre paid packages through usps and I drop them off there since I hate dealing with my local post office. But the stuff I do ship with them for my ups stuff ive never had a issue. There service is good to me and my lady. Earlier this week Chris called us to let us know that USPS forgot to pick up our bin. he didn't have to do that! but he was kind enough to call me so we could come and get the bin and drop it off at the post office. My package had to be dropped off at this location because I was not at home and for some reason they did not want to leave it in the front. My id did not have my current address so I had a bit of an issue getting my package. The guy behind the counter told me to just call the number on the back of the slip to get the tracking number and I could get my package. I called and got the number without an issue. Do not use this business, very unfriendly, bad attitude. I carry 24 lbs box with one flap opening, they wanted to charge $2.00 to tape it. I was going to pay them, but the woman turned away to greet other customer right away and left me just standing there. So rude, I decided to go somewhere else instead. The ups store on Main Street helped me seal the box with friendly smile, I was in and out in less than a minute. So take my advice, DO NOT go to this place!!! read more

This is my local shipping center that I frequent due to low costs and accessibility. If you already have a label and need to ship something, it's very simple to walk in and drop off a package. The place is clearly labeled with bins and they have drivers from multiple carriers that pick up daily. I believe the place is owned by an older couple and they're very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving Box-All five stars is because they don't have a USPS drop off box for larger items. This means I have to go to the post office for anything larger than a thin flat rate envelope. This isn't really a big deal but it's something to note. read more

And one day, during the Halloween rush, I dropped off a box with a bunch of packages in it. I get a call on boyfriend's phone. From Box All. It's Chris. He called to inform us that the postal carrier had done their pickup, but left our box of packages. I can't speak for my friendly boyfriend because when I drop packages off, I'm like "Hi, thank you, goodbye." And they're doing US a courtesy by allowing us to drop our packages without purchasing shipping supplies or postage from them. Chris went out of his way to make that call.
