He helps by asking you a few questions and then guiding you to things that seem to fit your needs. I laid on 4 beds, my husband 2. Oliver walked with us and listened and answered questions, but also gave us our space to just lie there and process what we liked. We didn't ask for prices of everything in the store, but felt good about what we purchased. It also comes with a trial period, where you can return it if you decide it's not the right one for you (there are certain restrictions, of course). When I set up everything (my mattress and bed frame) I tried to sync my adjustable bed frame with the remote control but it didn't work, I called the store, explained everything to Chris about this situation and he set up someone to come the following day to help me with the problem with my frame but it didn't work either, so I called the store and spoke with Chris again and he said that he will let my sales person ( Kat) know about this issue...well, on Friday March 14,2025 (Christa "from Mattress Firm")) called me, I explained her the situation, she said to call the extended warranty to fix this issue that Mattress Firm can't do anything about it as is a used adjustable bed frame. I did call the extended warranty today March 15,2025 and ALSO explained the situation and they said Mattress Firm has to fix this situation as is been only 3 days that it was delivered. I'm VERY disappointed with this store and the service that I'm getting now from them, i can't believe that this is NOT getting fixed. With this situation that they don't want to do anything about it, I will NOT recommend this store to anyone. I've been going to this store for over 10 months trying to get a good deal and a good mattress with my adjustable bed, I even talk to Vince and he knows that I've been there a few times...and now that I FINALLY purchased the mattress and the adjustable frame, this happens and they don't want to do anything about it. If I could put a Zero, I will do it.
