Brought our Audi A4 to Boyce Body Werks to fix a front bumper that was hanging down, after nearly being pulled off the car while backing away from a high concrete parking block. Made appointment for an estimate for noon on the Friday before Memorial Day. Joe took a good look at the damage and said they'd do their best with it -and if I could give him a couple hours he'll call me back then. Couldn't have been nicer. He had explained it was worse than they usually see as our bumper was pulled off on both sides of the car. I expected him to say give us a few days (again it was the start of Memorial Day holiday weekend) but Joe says he'll call me that afternoon when he has a better idea what this might entail. Two hours later Joe calls, just as he said he would, and says the car will be ready in 30 minutes. Done. I arrive there and the car is in front of the building. Shining. Perfect. Looking almost like new. Couldn't believe how good they made it look in about 2.5 hours time. They did a fantastic job getting the bumper back on - then washed the car including the hubcaps- and the car looks great, you can't see the bumper damage at all. The unbelievable part - Joe tells me no charge. I thought he was joking. He wasn't - he just says if we ever need work done again, think of us. Wouldn't take any money I offered. I'm still amazed. Can't imagine this happening at one of the big commercial auto body shops anywhere. Boyce is an independent family owned auto body business and based on their internet based reviews they treat their customers tremendously well and are known for their honesty. I am a first time customer to Boyce Body Werks and I must say that I'm floored with the level of professionalism from the staff, the quality of work, and attention to detail they provide. My repair was minor but that did not affect the way Boyce's staff handled my needs. From the moment they estimated my car, to picking it up when it was done, they made sure I was happy and informed throughout the process. I had a minor dent made (size of a dime) from someone opening their door without looking and I honestly expected Boyce to service only the effected area. Surprisingly, they went above and beyond my expectations. Not only were my repair needs met but Boyce cleaned my car inside and out. I'm not talking about just a wash and wipe down. They vacuumed and cleaned my interior, getting into every crevice and hard to reach area. They also washed and polished my vehicle but the thing that really blew me away, other than their outstanding customer service, was the cleaning and polishing of my rims. That in it of itself is something I hate doing and will gladly pay someone to do. A tremendous thank you to all the staff at Boyce but especially Amy B. for all her help. My 2003 Toyota Camry has been to Boyce Body Werks in Naperville 3 times as it was rear ended twice and T-boned once, all due to drivers not attending to their driving. My first experience with Boyce was exceptional! Once I brought the insurance estimate to Joe and his team, they took care of everything. Courteous staff answered my calls and questions, and the turnaround time to get my car back was quick once parts were received. When they say "Quality is not an Accident", they mean it. My nervousness was quickly assuaged and the end result was a car that looked brand new. This set the tone for my next 2 visits.The second trip was met with honesty as it was suggested I not repair the minor damage to the bumper, especially since the driver had no insurance. Simple the best! I had an infuriating situation with a clear bra installation at Ztech in Naperville, where the installer put dozens of razor blade marks in the paint of my brand new car. The insurance company for Ztech paid for the damages. Joe the manager at Boyce was able get it fixed and hooked up with th clear bra installer they use who did a fantastic job! His name is Rob and he owns Design Shielding! I also ended up with a rock chip on the passenger side door of my car after driving by a travel hauler on 355. I brought it in, along with my factory touch up paint. The fixed it properly and in two steps. The guest step was sand and filled it in and clear coat. The second, I returned a few days later when the clear coat had set and they sanded buffed it out. You can't even tell it was there! They did this for literally nothing! I have dealt with the team at Boyce both personally professionally through my employment at a nearby dealership. Today, I had them work on my own vehicle. Each time I've dealt with Joe & Drew they have been extremely professional, informative and honest. My car had been involved in a hit & run which left some noticeable damage on the lower end of my rear bumper. While I didn't choose to go through insurance, I would have been willing to pay up to $1,000 out-of-pocket to get the entire bumper repainted. Joe recommended against this and instead pointed me towards a much more cost-effective solution to get rid of the damage.They had the work done exactly as Joe and Drew had stated they would, not to mention it was done ahead of schedule. I have a 2014 FJ Cruiser that sustained damage when I hit some black ice and slid off the road. Side of the vehicle meet a street light pole. Truck sustained significant damage, both to the right side where the doors meet and to the transmission. The Toyota dealer recommended these guys as their first choice and they were spot on with the recommendation! Picked up my truck last week and it's like new, seriously. You simply cannot tell that the truck was every involved in the accident. The paint is like I just drove off the dealer lot. Had four door dings on two doors. I took my car there and they immediately recommended paintless dent repair. The fact that they recommended a more cost effective means of repair first impressed me instead of the more costly option. Their customer service was awesome from the get go. I stopped in and they were able to fit me in for an estimtate later the same day and then schedule the repair quickly. When I dropped off my car I planned on walking home but they offered to drive me home since I lived close and then delivered my car upon completion. I decided to go to Boyce based on Yelp reviews and my neighbor who told me Boyce was recommended by her insurance company. I am so happy I did. I had an estimate from another shop, which was quickly confirmed. All details were handled with the insurance company without my having to worry about a thing. Due to a sensor issue, my car needed another day or two of work when I had a family emergency and had to go out of town. Justin took care of everything. My car was finished and looked after until my husband could pick it up a few days later. The car was repaired beautifully and was clean and shining, too! From my experience, I can say that Boyce Body Werks is the best body shop worth going to for an estimate and any work done. I feel like none of other body shop come close to the quality service and professionalism I experienced here. I was in a minor accident, with some damage to my bumper and brought my car back to Boyce, which is where my dealer had recommended that I go. It could not have been a better recommendation! Boyce got me in right away for an estimate and because it was rather minimal damage, gave me the estimate the same day. We've had the misfortune of needing their services twice over the last three months. I own an automotive mechanical repair shop and do not normally allow anyone to service my personal vehicles unless necessary i.e. body work. Boyce made my week--no, maybe my year!--yesterday, when they repaired the minivan that I sideswiped FOR FREE. Another body shop quote $2500 to do the repair and I was horrified. Then, a miracle, the dealership recommended Boyce, who did a complimentary buffing of the van, so the only cost was $10.06 for the paint. I cannot recommend Boyce enough-for their honesty, for their willingness to do complimentary work, and for how quickly they were able to get the car in and fixed. Took car to Boyce Body Works, and dealt with Justin, who was very professional and conscientious. He suggested going to my car dealership to get small bottle of touch up paint, and coming back the next day, so they could buff scratches, and touch up with paint, while I waited at no charge!
