The woman on the phone assured us that they do. The first thing the hvac gentlemen said is "we don't really work on these oil heaters". When i said to him that we specifically asked the woman about it he told us "she's just dispatch". We were told that the soot needed to be cleaned(over $2700), they may need to remove the wall to do it which would cost more, and they don't replace the wall if they take it down. Then after all of that, they would be able to diagnose what is actually wrong with the heater, if its something more than a cleaning. If you live in Levittown, don't walk...run! Only to pay a few hundred dollars for a technician to come over and undo his work... All they did was to turn a valve and hit a button. The original worker said he was untrained and they will not send him for training. Horrible, and never got back to me after that situation. Responding to the message, you said that i do not agree with the decision - which is true I do not believe I should have paid for the first technicians' incompetence, there was no reason to turn off the valve. Then when you go to the second technician who came in, all he did was to turn the valve and restart the machine. Logically speaking - if the water heater worked - then we ran out of oil - then the first tech came after filling up the oil - how would the valve have been turned? Because I know i did not touch it and that's exactly why i paid extra for that service. And I have seen with my very own two eyes the first tech turns the valve. Those are undeniable the true and accurate facts of this scenario.

I called them they said we don't have the coil in stock it will be 7-10 days to get it. I said are you kidding me.
