This is one of the most interesting places to stay in the area. Filled with history, the resort has several different sections. It really has a choose your own adventure type feel to it, depending upon the season. The original lodge, called the Clocktower, is called outdated by some who don't appreciate the history of it. Some of its features are being modernized, while other aspects, such as the decor are still giving it an original era feel. The Clocktower section features the Trophy Room Pizzeria, which chronicles the storied history of Boyne through the years. Lining its walls are pictures of events that have been held at the resort in days gone by. Another section of the resort is the Mountain Grand Lodge, this is complete with a convention center for corporate and general team building activities. It features wireless and the rooms have flat screen televisions. The resort also expands to the nearby Deer Lake Villas and Golf course, which gives visitors plenty to do on the beach, lake, or green. read more

My brother and I went for 3 days, drove for three and a half hours. The first day we got there we bought our ski lifts and the worker explained everything wrong, we thought the lift tickets were $110 each person for three days. The next day we went our ski tickets weren't working, little did we know it was $110 each day for each person which is ridiculous because they only had 3 trails open!!! I would understand if all of the trails were open but there was only 3. The prices should never be that high for 3 trails. My point is that it's not worth going there to snowboard/ski when there's no trails open and the price for just the lifts are crazy. Don't waste your time read more

Do not stay here. I and my new wife were going to stay here for our honeymoon. It seemed like a nice place surrounded by breweries, wineries and restaurants in the cities. We checked in and asked the front desk employee about services offered at Boyne and he didn't have a lot of knowledge about his place of work. We went to our building "Boynehof" to go to our room. It's the only building that is pet friendly and the reason that is because the building is as old as the mountain it's self and poorly kept up with. Walking through the main doors the building had that moth ball retirement home smell. Had to go up a flight of oddly narrow stairs with my dogs "not very pet friendly so far". The key for the room was an over sized gold key; seemed like it came out of a western movie. Walked in the room to see a room that makes a motel 6 look like a spacious paradise. The two beds, night stand and small two person table take up all the space. The bathroom is very claustrophobic feeling. The toilet is shoved into a very tight space so good luck using it if you're a little on the big side. When we used the shower it sounds like a motor boat and you can hear the pipes shacking through the wall. My wife was furious with the size of the room but I tried to make the best of it "my mistake". The next day we went to the main building for breakfast since it was on our room package. The breakfast buffet is shit. Either over cooked or cold and asking $25 per person I would expect more from a resort. We went into town and when we came back they where ripping the room off our building... WTF. We opened the door to our room were my little pugs were shacking and having panic attacks. The amount of noise from the construction was insanely loud. My wife called the front desk and was told that they do not know anything about the construction or how long it will last. The front desk said there was nothing they could do for us either moving rooms or anything else. I then called front desk myself and had it out with the women running the desk. She only offered a small refund after I demanded it, because I would be checking out "since yet again I was told they could not give us another room". Told her I wanted to talk to the manager and was told she went home for the day.. It was only 1pm.. You're running a resort that has people staying 24/7 and she check out early. Being the only supervisor they seem to have, I would say that's not a good idea. I told them to have her call me as soon as she came in. The next day I received a call from Christy Peck. She told me that they would not fully reimburse me for my trip. She gave me a few more dollars back but nothing to make up ruining our honeymoon. I asked to talk to her boss and she told me he was on vacation "of course he is". I told her I want to speak with him when he's in "yet to hear back from him". Keep looking. This place is horrible. Our family bought us a week here for our honeymoon. We arrived to a stinky room and much smaller than we anticipated based on the price they paid. Overall the place was rundown. We stayed in the Boynehof part which is supposed to be dog friendly. I don't think this place was dog friendly, it wasn't even people friendly. Almost every person we came into contact with was rude and uninformed. Most questions were answered with I don't know or I don't think so. The food was mostly bad. The omelettes and waffles were the only thing I could actually finish. The shower sounded like a motor boat and the air conditioning worked part time. Half way through the trip they started ripping off our roof which made our dogs go crazy and have panic attacks. We called the front desk and they refused to move us. So we left. Thankfully, the remaining days were credited, however, they refused to credit anything else even though they ruined our honeymoon. There are so many other places to stay. read more

Waste of $$$! Huge issue with this place! My family is up here for the first time. We always go to Boyne Highlands, but we decided to give BM a try. Because we have family driving 6.5 hours to go skiing. 1.) We have 4 rooms- 2 each connecting. Requested 2 roll aways. Housekeeping said they would bring them 2 times (3pm and 5pm) ... 7:30 at night they tell us they don't have any?? WTF... you can't tell someone you have them and that they will be brought up to the room and then tell them you don't have any?? 2.) The outside pool is great except the fact the pool temp is cold! You have this great pool and it's suppose to be warm, expect the pool is about 5-10 degrees too cold- 2 hot tubs. Hot tubs are PACKED because pool is cold. It's not even that cold outside! 3.)Room with kitchen is not fully equipped. Asked for hot pads for oven and we get wash cloths! Let's be honest. If we are going to spend this much money i definitely would go out west. Our stay is not worth the $8,000 they are charging us! read more

I can't believe this has not been reviewed yet. Boyne Mountain was the first ski mountain to have a chair lift take you to the top of the mountain. I don't even want to think about what they were doing before chair lifts. Taxi!!!! Boyne is located in my home state of Michigan and it's about as good as it gets for michigan skiing. It has an alleged elevation of about 650 feet. That may be stretching a bit. The have done a tremendous amount of development there and they have some awesome lodging options. In fact if someone were to blindfold you and did not let you see the hill, you might actually think you were out west. I do my race competitions on this mountain, and I will say that I will put our race hill up against just about any of the other out west. With the exception of CB's in Park City. That is the olympic race hill and it is noooo joke. There is a cool bar at the base of the mountain and some cool nearby restaurants. Its a great place to visit if you are 4 to 6 hours away. It's about a 4 hour drive from Detroit and like a 7 hour drive from Chicago. Hope that Yelps. read more

Well, I probably should've read the reviews a bit more carefully before I made my ski bunny trek to Boyne Mountain over New Year's Eve. Never underestimate the knowledge of yelpers, even at far flung Midwestern "mountains!" Specifically, check out John W's review. Lots of great knowledge, and he's likely a much better skiier than I. Main points of interest: *If you are a beginner, I truly suggest that you use the Boyneland lift (all the way to the right if you are staring up the mountain from the lodge. This lift if FREE I do believe, and only allows access to green trails. The line will be longer on this lift because it is free, and because its a slower/older 3-seater. But if you are just getting your ski legs, need some practice, aren't sure if you can hack a whole day of skiing, this is probably a nice option. You can also ride the bunny hill conveyer belt, but its really/really flat. *Rental process went quite fine and I paid $40 for skis, boots and poles. My pals paid about $50 for snowboards, boots and helmets. It was efficient, even though they were slammed on NYE. Everyone I dealt with was pretty nice. When I returned my stuff the following day (I thought I'd ski two days but it started raining on Sunday, no thanks) they did not charge me for an extra day, and for that I was super appreciative. Thanks guy! Well done. Would've been $70 for two day's rental. *The lift tickets is where they really gouge ya, especially on holidays. Fair enough, everyone has to make money...but when your snow conditions are supremely subpar (no snow, they made some, its icy), half your runs are open and there are a billion spoiled school children...I just didn't feel like it was a good value. $70 to ski noon-9pm. I only ended up going til around 6pm because I couldn't take the ill-mannered tourist children and their yuppie parents anymore. Not Boyne's fault per se...but my experience just wasn't that great. *Bars and restaurants on NYE were obviously packed all day long. It helped that it was about 40 degrees and people could sit outside. A few in our group headed up to Boyne Highlands the following day and had a blast, so I would definitely check that out next time. Nice that the lift tickets are good for both so their 2-day tix did not go to waste. They were also a bit lackluster on Boyne Mountain. For skiing in Northern Michigan, I'm sure this is on the circuit...but I can't say I was wholly impressed. I'm also not an avid skiier, so take it for what its worth! read more

I debated this review because we typically have a GREAT time at Boyne and are happy to pay the high prices for activities because we get awesome service and a fun memory for the family. Our last outing though really soured my experience. We went zip lining which we have done before and is over $250 for our family of 4 to do. It's an expensive outing but we felt it was worth the memory. We went on Sunday afternoon and our tour guides were fun and entertaining and the trip was great. At the end though was when we met probably the most rude employee I have ever met. 2 people from our group who finished first had apparently not left their ropes with him in the way he preferred. He shouted across the lawn and to ALL of us that the "rude couple" had just left the group. Our tour guide tried to laugh it off and was trying to attend to the other guests and I was taking the ropes off my kids. This employee then scolded me and my children for not handing the ropes to him properly. I apologized and he told me to "do it right because you are doing it wrong." He offered ZERO assistance and just stood there watching me and my kids struggle to get out of the straps and put them like he wanted them. My kids managed to get their helmets off and set them on a rack where there were others, trying to "do it right" and he literally grabbed the helmets and threw them on the ground shouting "that's not where they go!" He still hadn't given ANYONE assistance or instructions so yelling at my kid because he was trying to do something right completely threw me off. My kids are not trained in zip line ropes. I literally just stood and stared at him. I decided to just tell my kids that is never how you treat anyone and move on so we could enjoy our vacation but I am 100% disappointed in this guys behavior and I couldn't get it off my mind and felt it important to share. I get it can be frustrating if guests are rude but the entire group was kind happy guests who we had just spent over an hour with. No one was rude or deserved to be treated how he was treating us. When we pay as much as we pay at Boyne, I expect a higher level of service and this guy was awful and should not be helping guests. read more

Meh, I just don't love the mountain as much as other northern lower Michigan resorts. None of the runs are all that exciting to my husband and I. There aren't any that we finish and say, "Let's do that one again!" There are beautiful views of the surrounding area from up top but nothing the like the view of Little Traverse Bay from Highlands or Nub's. It is nice that they have not one, but two, high-speed lifts. But they have an area that is mostly greens, a few blues, and a couple blacks serviced by two of the slowest lifts I have ever been on in my life. No exaggeration. I want to keep skiing in that area but those lifts make me crazy. I have to go back to the other part of the "mountain" to keep my sanity. I would recommend checking out Crystal, Nub's, or Highlands before coming here. read more

We cut our our trip a day short after only one night in this sub standard condo (336E in Mountain Villas) at Boyne. The entire unit is outdated and dingy, had several dead bugs on the floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and trash in the trash can. The old wall mounted heaters were LOUD, both exterior doors had gaps, a bedroom door wouldn't close, furniture had broken legs and both bathtubs were chipped. When we arrived and saw the condition of the unit (which costs every bit as much as the newer updated units) we called the front desk to get another room. We were told that they had nothing else available and couldn't do anything. When we checked out early (again, cutting our stay and vacation a day short) there was no apology for the condition of the condo although they did say we wouldn't be charged for the second night we were not staying for. Pictures online for the Mountain Villa condos may show some of the units, but are FAR from what our family stayed in. Boyne seems to be a facility that has seen much better days in the past and and is now going downhill in quality and customer service. We won't be staying there again. read more

We were debating Great Wolf Lodge and Boyne Mountain Resort for a fun family overnight the third weekend of September. We ended up in Boyne because the cost was about the same and we'd been to GWL before. The waterpark at Boyne was far superior, and the room was nicer too. We made the right choice and had a great time. I had read quite a few reviews before booking and decided to book a room in the main lodge since it seemed to be the newest and most up-to-date part of the resort. We had a huge room (301) with a full bathroom, living room with fireplace and bar (microwave, fridge, bar sink, counter, dishes, silverware) and sofa sleeper, and a loft with 2 queen beds, and another full bathroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had their own TV in the loft. I thought that we really should have stayed two nights (though the cost would have been prohibitive) or arrived a few hours earlier to have time to hike. Check in was late (5pm), though our room was ready when we got there at 4:15. The girls wanted to go to the waterpark right away, so we went for an hour or so before we were so hungry we had to get out and get some food. We detoured for a ride up the ski lift and a hike back to the bottom, which was lovely. We ate at the restaurant in the clock tower building. It was a bar, and had bar-like quality food. We had pizza (mediocre), a couple of grinders (pretty good), and a Greek salad. That had at least a cup of feta on it! We stopped for ice cream after dinner in the little shop right there in the resort "village". There was a guy juggling in the square when we were on our way to dinner, which was neat. After dinner, we sat in the lobby enjoying the fire for a while, and headed up to our room. It was very quiet -- I didn't hear a single footfall from the hallway, and I am a LIGHT sleeper. In the morning, we ate the breakfast buffet at Everett's, which was okay, but nothing great. The fruit was plentiful and good, but the rest was "eh". It was costly for the quality. Next time I'd know to bring food for breakfast, since the fridge in the room is decent sized, and there's a microwave and coffee maker. We split up after breakfast, with half of us hiking up the ski hill to the paths at the top, and the other half going to the waterpark. Hiking was great, and we finally left the resort at noon. The staff was very friendly. The early fall is apparently a GREAT time to go, since the resort seemed very empty. There were NO lines in the waterpark for anything, and we didn't see another soul out hiking. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort and my family and I will not be returning to this establishment. The resort had a mix up and made us move in the middle of our stay to a building that had not been used recently for lodging. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls, the bathroom was disgusting, and the air conditioning was not working properly (during the end of June). There was no workout facility or pool offered for us to use during our stay without extra charge, even though we were supposed to be in the main lodge and were paying for a main lodge room. The resort staff was unapologetic, and frankly rude throughout the stay. From reading other reviews, it seems that Boyne Mountain Resorts has increased their prices. Perhaps they should spend that money on updating their facilities. We will not be returning to Boyne Mountain Resort. read more

Clarification: This review is purely based on the skiing experience of a novice. Let me preface this by saying that I am a beginner who is married to an experienced skier with a family that are all experienced as well. I prefer to stick to my easy, slow Greens while they go for the Black Diamonds. Not to mention, my husband and father-in-law are now more into snowboarding. Therefore, as someone who tried out the Magic Carpet conveyor up to the Bunny Hill and the Boyneland ski lift up to the Greens on the far right of the mountain, I can at least say that I enjoyed my tame ski slopes. It's a really beautiful area with the scenic, tree-lined views, especially considering some of the garbage-made hills in the Mitten. Customer service was friendly from the rental to the ski lift. I appreciated having someone buckle my boots for me as well as brush off my seat on the lift. Not to mention, all the employees asked me how I was throughout the process of skiing. I do need to dock a star for the costs and the parking. It is a bit pricey for the lift tickets and rental equipment. And parking is chaotic and cramped near the main lift/Grand Lodge. read more

I am seriously bummed that I never took my kids here when they were younger. We were here mid week for a mid year retreat awarded to us by my husbands company. We had a fantastic time. Every employee we interacted with went above and beyond, the rooms were clean and charming and the "village" was quaint and offered a "pub crawl" to encourage guests to venture out and see what there was to offer on the property. We had dinner one night one the beach, as a group, and another night, on a patio where were could take complimentary rides up the mountain on the chair lifts. The day spent at the outdoor pool was perfect. Our server was attentive, chatty and helpful at suggesting tasty, poolside drinks. My only complaint was the water was so warm in the pool, it wasn't refreshing at all. I used the gym and it has many great options. I was surprised at the amount of guests using the facility, plus they were playing some great tunes! I forgot my ear buds, so that was a nice treat. I highly recommend the Trophy Room's pizza. It was a great light night snack (meal). Some of the people did bring kids with them and they enjoyed in the indoor waterpark, the zip lines and the Segway tour. In the evening, we sat outside a firepit with drinks and I truly felt like I was back in a simpler time, when families weren't distracted by all the modern conveniences. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable little jaunt up north and I would love to come back soon, winter or summer. read more

Boyne Mountain is definitely the best place to ski in the lower peninsula! I've been skiing at Boyne Mountain since I was a kid and nothing else around compares to the variety you get at Boyne. You can easily ski Boyne with a group of people of all ski levels - which is probably the only reason why my Dad didn't go crazy toting three kids around when we went skiing together back then. Now, as an expert level skier, it's the only place I can ski in the lower peninsula without getting bored. Super Bowl and the moguls on the Meadows can't be beat! Boyne has also kept its character through the years. Nothing beats sitting around the fire in The Eagle's Nest with a cup of spiced wine or hot chocolate or warming up with all the ski bums in the halfway house. They're my two favorite warm-up spots at any ski resort! read more

Per my 14-year-old, a Charlevoix middle schooler and ski team member, today: My friend fell on a kicker on Ramshead. He went to the side of the step up jump. He called me and said he hurt his shoulder. I went to Will and then I went to the bottom of the chair lift and asked the lift operator to call ski patrol to help get him down the mountain. I went down to the operator three times and others went multiple times. The second time I went there was a different operator and I asked him twice. A park crew guy named Alex helped Will. He helped us out and Will had to walk down the mountain after an hour of waiting. The ski patrol made it to the site 5 minutes after he started walking. His X-Rays showed a broken collarbone, Broken rib, and torn muscles. Ski patrol did nothing. To me this is unacceptable. read more

The lake tahoe of the midwest, Boyne Mountain Resort is the best skiing resort in Michigan. Its has a hotel with cafes restaurants specialty shops and more. They have a ski lift that would take you to a ski lounge called eagles nest where you can enjoy the fire and have cocktails as you enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and ski slopes. Its a wonderful experience to be in Boyne Mountain Resort and the staff is always cordial...enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride around the resort while youre there! Have fun! read more

Everything was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. Holding doors, asking for rides, and being very helpful. The only complaint our group had was at the snowflake lounge in the clock tower kicked our group out for going through the wrong door to enter. This was not very guest friendly. I would understand if there was a cover charge to get into the snowflake lounge, but it was not very guest friendly to tell us to go out the door, go down the stairs, and come back up to the door they wanted us to use... this made us leave the resort for the night... read more

We go on a ski trip every year with friends. This past winter we decided to try out Boyne. We stayed in one of the condos at the Village at Disciples Ridge. We were right by the Boyneland lift. I love the condo we stayed at but I didn't love Boyne. A good number of the trails were not open. The green runs were too flat and some of the blues were too hard for me. They had just gotten a ton of snow, but they really didnt groom it. In some places there was snow up to my knees. The snow was perfect though. We decided to go try out Boyne Highland too. I LOVED it there. I think next time we were stay at Highlands instead. read more

3.5 stars The great news about Boyne Mountain and its resort is that they're a little slice of CO (water-downed a bit) in Michigan. There are plenty of ski runs to keep you active and interested all day long. And the resort is good at offering up activities like family movie night, sleigh rides and s'mores for guests. The bad side... the sleigh rides were cancelled although they were still being advertised. Also the customer service, even at the concierge seemed non-existence. We'd ask about grabbing a troll for our skis and baggage and they just pointed at someone else to talk to. hmmm Now for the spa. Honestly, a great retreat even if you're not getting a treatment with gender specific saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. My husband and I got a couples massage, which was great for him! As for me, within minutes of the "is the pressure okay" question, I asked for more intensity and instead of the person obliging she started talking about how we only paid for X and more pressure would be an upgrade. I'm like... um this relaxing moment is ruined with the weird up-charge. And plus, massage pressure is relative. Just saying. With that said the customer service here was great. They ended up comping my less-than massage and apologized for the misunderstanding. I will definitely go back. It's nice to have a room directly off the slopes just to take a break mid-day. I'd say overall, the resort is worth a trip just make sure you get a good deal... it's not worth overpaying. And request to stay far away from the water park/Avalanche Bay bridge. Beware. My reservation was moved to a different building that didn't have the number of beds in my original reservation. When I complained they moved me to a compatible room but tried to charge me a 30% up charge. I told them when I checked out that I didn't think they had the right to charge that fee and I did not authorize the charge. The clerk said that they would look into fixing it and that they would call me. Instead, she ran the charge as soon as I left and never contacted me. Now I am forced to have my CC company fight them for a refund. Classic bait and switch techniques! read more

I love Boyne!! My parents and I have been going up to Boyne since I was a little kid and I've always had a blast there. I haven't been there recently in a few years but a few friends and I rented one of their condos for the New Year's weekend and it was really fun. I've always liked Boyne because, although it boasts an elevation of only about 500 feet, the slopes they have are rather challenging and there is a good variety of terrain. Boyne has also really expanded his lodgings. The last time I was there there was only the Clocktower Lodge, the Boynehoff, the Edelweiss and the condos to the far left side, by Superbowl and FIS. There is a huge main hotel that sits back from the Mountain and then there are several different subdivisions of condos throughout their property. While it is nice to have such a big range of options, the actual Mountain has not gotten any bigger since I've been there and there were massive lift lines. I was told the NYE is always the busiest weekend of the year so I'll have to see if the lines are as bad when I go back in a couple of weeks. Boyne does a nice job of providing fun options for those who don't want to ski. I understand the big hotel has a spa and a waterpark. They also have tubing and they just installed a zip line that looks like a lot of fun. There is a great hotel and jacuzzi at the Clocktower Lodge. The jacuzzi can fit about 30 people and both are located outside, just below the Victor chair lift. Even in the winter, it's great to sit outside in the jacuzzi and watch people ski around you. Apart from the lift lines, I had a wonderful time at Boyne and definitely recommend it to everyone! (Maybe avoid going at New Year's, though.) read more

Spent a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) at Boyne Mountain. This was probably our 5th time over the last 7 years and we always have a wonderful time. The skiiing/snowboarding was great. We've stayed in cabins and Creekside condos and really liked both options. The cabins have a more secluded, rustic feel to them, but Creekside condos are also great and give you the ski in/out option. The main restaurant - Everett's - had a great wait staff and the Arugula Watercress salad with blackened salmon was delicious. I would have given a 5 star rating, but was a little disappointed about the parking at the condo - no reserved spots for each condo which is frustrating when someone else takes up more than their fair share. Especially when there is so much to load and unload when you arrive and leave (particularly in snowy/icey conditions). Boyne should consider having marked/reserved spots for each condo. And secondly, on the morning we were leaving, we woke up to a dead car battery. We called Boyne for assistance with getting a battery jump and they basically told us we were on our own. I would suggest having someone available to assist with what must be a common event in this type of weather. read more

Very snooty. Not customer service oriented. Would not recommend. May be the only thing around but overpriced and self inflated.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend. Had an Innsbruck Parlor suite and loved it. Kitchen with a small refrigerator and microwave. Giant bath tub. Heated tile floors in the bathroom. Our only complaint was that the connecting doors between our room and the next door neighbor were too thin. We could clearly hear the conversation in the room next door. Very disturbing at midnight with loud neighbors. We called the front desk the second night and the problem was resolved very quickly. We loved Deer Lake. We would have rented wave runners but there was no one available at the number posted all day. Meanwhile 5 or 6 wave runners floated nearby. The complimentary balloons and Popsicles were a welcomed treat. read more

Skiing Boyne Mountain is one of the most fun things to do in Michigan in the winter! Whether you're skilled or new to the slopes, they have hills for everyone. If you're not into the skiing, hang out at the lodge or at the many bars or by the fire pits. They even have a water park. My family of 4 stayed overnight during the summer. So many great things about this place. LODGING-Our room was in the clock tower lodge. The room was so homey and cute. If you are looking for a upscale hotel this isn't the lodge for you. It's was built in the 1950's and has been renovated but retains its older feel. STAFF- the staff throughout our stay was friendly, other than at Avalanche bay the workers there barely acknowledge anyone. We were there celebrating my daughters birthday and they even put a sign on our door and balloons in our room for her- she LOVED it! ZIP LINE- I completely messed up the time on our zip line reservation and missed our scheduled time. The staff at the adventure center was so wonderful. They went above and beyond and were able to get our group of 4 into one of the later tours. Can't thank them enough. The tour guides were funny, friendly, and moved the group along efficiently. Such a great time! AVALANCHE BAY - the water park is a pretty decent size and very cutely decorated. There are several fun slides and while we were there, there was no lines. DEER LAKE- the lake is warm and crystal clear. As a resort guest you have free access to kayaks, but there was a waiting list for there use. We didn't have long so we rented 2 paddle boards @ $15 a piece for an hour. They were fun and new experience for us all. NIGHT TIME- in the yard of the Grand Lodge they have a nightly bonfire and smores. The kids were able to play volleyball, soccer, and other yard games. There are people walking everywhere it was really nice not to be stuck in your room after dark. read more

Absolutely a poor experience. Do not waste your money staying there. Staff was very unhelpful and we constantly heard from them how understaffed they are, overworked, etc... Skiing conditions are fine but lodging is unacceptable. I'll leave it at that. read more

The lodge and food were good. The skiing was blah. A bunch of runs down the front that were all very similar. Wide open runs. Got bored quickly. Nubs was much better skiing with a lot more character. read more

1/19/18 Resolved - Today we received a check that covers all of my father's medical bills. While is was a painful wait, we appreciate the resort taking care of this. It's a beautiful place. While I don't know if my Dad will want to visit again, I would consider it. The hospitality staff were friendly and there's a variety of activities for families. Mahalo. read more

Tower rooms--one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Stained/ripped carpet, black mold, no hot water. I couldn't walk around without something on my feet. I let shower run hoping the water would get warm, but it never did. Extremely disappointed! read more

Lovely family get away. Snowed the day we arrived and skiing was great. Room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly.
