When I asked about the refund difference between a simple pair for distance only, they said I wouldn't get any refund because they were 'remaking' the glasses, even though the 2nd pair would be considerably cheaper. So, I returned the original pair for a full $535 refund and will get a pair of glasses elsewhere. The manager didn't blink, she didn't care, didn't try to keep me as a new customer and I walked out happy. I liked the doctor and support staff, but I'm always a bit suspect when the retail optician office sell glasses is inside the eye doctor's office. All of their focuses on makin g money selling glasses, not keeping customers happy.

We were back in the exam room, and I'm trying to explain to the doctor (as I was trying to address his rude comment) why I scheduled this appointment. While I was talking my daughter was answering the questions he quickly cut me off so he could hear her answers. They gave me a thorough examination and Dr. Savitt took the time to explain very well the reasons for some of my symptoms. I did not feel rushed or made to feel that my concerns were not important. He even took the time to re-check the vision tests to make sure. Gina helped me find glasses and another tech came over to help me make a decision on which classes looked best! Why do I always go to pick out glasses by myself? So they really helped me decide. Gina also was very thorough- making sure of the fit of the lens on my eyes.
