BEWARE! I called this service company last month for a repair of my freezer that was icing. All the repairman did was to melt the ice and charge me $250. He didn't fix the issue and two days later the refrigerator was in the same state. I called and the reply was that another service visit would require another fee and that work is not warranted. This is highway robbery! I couldn't even dispute with my credit card due to the fact that I had signed the tablet transaction. The technician didn't speak an iota of English and it was impossible to communicate - not even with the phone translator. Our dryer kept cutting off and tripping the circuit breaker. We called Bozmanfix they came out and stated it was a element, they replaced it and after he left the dryer wouldn't get hot and continue to do the same thing. They came back the next day and said, they installed a faulty element part. We paid over $300 and now three weeks later, the same problem again. We called them and they sent Dan again, he was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional using profanity. He stated nothing was wrong with the dryer. I will be filing a complaint to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and post reviews on every platform I can find to make everyone aware of this company. I would love to have left a good review, but I can't. Called on Thursday, made an appointment for Saturday between 1-4. They texted to see if they could come earlier. I did not receive the text due to poor cell service in my area. I called to make sure they were coming, it was 2pm. But, since I didn't get my text they canceled my 1-4 appointment. I called them to come out and look at my washer. The service man said it would be 75.00 for a diagnostic. The guy get here look at the washer tinker here tinker there and tell me it was good to go. I asked him if what he did fixed the washer he told yes and that I shouldn't have any more problems but if I did I would have to replace a sensor. He charged me almost 150.00 he left he was barely gone a hour I tried using my washer and it didn't work. I called him to come back out the same day but he wouldn't I call the office they told me that he didn't work for them then I called him back to ask to speak to the person in charge no one answered so I left a message. This company sent a tech out to my unit who didn't speak English well and who had to translate our conversation through his cell phone. On top of that this tech had no tools to to test or figure out the problem with my dryer. He used his knows instead of tools. Charged me $78 to look at the dryer, then stated it was the heating element which would cost $327.00. I got a second opinion from a different company who used tools to test my dryer and stated that my dryer vents needed to be cleaned. Had them clean and problem was solved!! Service tech was rude and annoyed when I asked questions. He didn't speak English so he was easily frustrated. He incorrectly diagnosed the issue and charged extra for it. His recommendation was to replace refrigerator. We then called another company and the tech determine the reason refrigerator was no longer cooling was due to fan. Once it was replaced, refrigerator worked perfectly fine. In addition, the tech was nearly 6 hours late beyond scheduled timeframe and took two days to provide an incorrect diagnosis. When he was placing everything back into refrigerator as he did the day before, he forced the drawer and broke the wheel while doing do. It was not repairable as the entire corner of refrigerator drawer was broken. I requested a claim be filed for replacement after we witnessed the incident. However, he tried to say it was already like that, which was false. There was nothing wrong with it the first day he came or the day after. It only became an issue when he became frustrated and forced the drawer. To date, claim still has not been submitted and we are left with a broken drawer, even after emails have been sent regarding this matter. read more

I contacted this company to repair an oven at my 84 year old mother's house. when the technician arrived, my mother also mentioned the garbage disposal was not working. From what my mother understood, the total cost of repair for both the oven and garbage disposal was $390 dollars, which she paid. In the misdt of repairing the garbage disposal, the technician accidentally broke the oven door glass, which he had to leave to get the replacement glass, and explained we would not be charged due to it being his fault. upon his return, he told my mom, the $390 dollars she paid was 50% of the total cost of $750 dollars. At this time my mom calls me. I asked the technician what was the cost to repair the garbage disposal, his response was $290 dollars. I said you're charging $290 dollars to repair an $80 dollar garbage disposal? His response was, unfortunately, that is my company's price. I don't know it this is a case of taking advantage of the elderly, or they are overpriced. Either way, I do not recommend this company to anyone. I just got scammed by this company and it's not seating well with me. I can't even sleep because I paid these people my last $200 for nothing. The first red flag, the guy came in and told me to turn off my TV, he acted like he doesn't speak English to avoid interaction. I was listening to gospel music to calm myself down from so much stress. He would not communicate with me at all, every time I asked him what's going on he said just let him work. He finally quoted me when my husband get home and told me he found the issue but the fix is not guaranteed, I watched him do nothing and he said he's done and I have to pay. I started asking him what exactly he did he got defensive I paid and he immediately started being friendly. He spoke for arround 15 mins about how Samsung fridges are garbage and left it's been about 7 hours now and no change to the fridge and freezer temperature. I found this business online, and they were very quick to respond to the service call. I called to get my dishwasher fixed and the guy came late afternoon! After running few diagnostic tests the technician quickly told me the problem is not in the dishwasher.He told me something is wrong with my garbage disposal and possible my pipes are clogged in the back thats the reason for the backup of water into the dishwasher. Had a technician come out to look at our JennAir (Whirlpool) refrigerator that had a freezer that was over-frosting. Technician didn't speak any English (had to use a phone translator most of the time). Immediately said it needed a new control board. He came out second time and installed the board, but also replaced a temperature sensor in the refrigerator. Still didn't work - then he changed out the sensor in the freezer. Still didn't work. Then he came out (the 4th time?) and fiddled around and said he would come back the next day. The next day Bozman called and said they didn't know how to fix it and gave us our money back. Apparently the technician had put the original parts back when he last came (without telling us). But then - the refrigerator was acting completely different from when we called Bozman originally (temp showing 107 degrees!). Called out another company (found on the JennAir website) who determined that in replacing the sensor - he shorted out the board. So we needed to replace the board, the wiring harness and the sensors. Only to get us back to where we started! Come to find out it was something completely different that likely would have been covered under the warranty (even though the unit is 3 years old). DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you want to train them on the job. read more

Do not use this company! We have a 2 year old Samsung dryer that stopped heating. We called and they said they could get a technician next day. Then the next day they said they could not get someone out till Friday. That was not going to work so they sent someone the day after. The technician calls and does not speak a word of english, was not able to communicate at all. I had my husband at the house and he could not understand. The Technician was there 15 minutes and the bill was close to $600 which is what we paid for the dryer! Then he has a QR code that he presents to my husband which takes him to Venmo to pay. Not even give the option to pay by credit card. That is shady business. Oh and $600 dollars worth of work is only guaranteed 90 days. Go elsewhere for repairs. Now our washer is not working and ironic that it happens to have been there when the technician was there. Would not be surprised if he rigged it. Never use this company. read more

My refrigerator stopped getting cold completely on Friday 9/22/23. I made an online $69 appt to have it checked out Tuesday 9/26. I turned the fridge off when it was no longer cold or cool so the day of my appt I turned it back on about a 1 1/2 hours before the appt and it was getting cool again. By the time Eugene arrived the freezer was cool but the fridge was not. He took a panel off the inside of freezer and said the sensor looked fine so he said it could be the compressor or some other thing that feeds the compressor. He was about to leave and had no intention on checking the back if the refrigerator. He said well its getting cool now so call us back if you need us. I asked him to check so I'll know what's happening because that's why I called to get answers. He finally moved the fridge got his tool checked the freon which was fine then checked the pressure of the compressor and determined that it was a little high. I asked him how long he's been doing this & he said 5 years in his country but 7 months in the U.S. He took 2 personal phone calls here and spoke in his native language of Ukraine and I did not appreciate it not one bit because he is suppose to be working. I had questions and when I called his name he ignored me & continued with his conversation. Very unprofessional & lazy. He said my refrigerator is a good brand (Whirlpool) which I know and very clean & the brand of compressor was the top brand to him, (Embraco). So he said the fee was $75 & I said it's $69 according to the online site & he said ok whatever the boss told you...huh so the website is the boss now. Anyway the compressor & labor is $1300, he said the compressor is $800 alone. I'll buy a new refrigerator. Send Eugene to customer service class because he's lacking. I think because I'm a woman he thought he come & not do his job completely and get away with it but no sir you're going to do what your company & me are paying you for-work& customer service but not talking to your friends or family while on the job. He was leaving & left the tool on my counter so it was a good thing I noticed & handed it to him before he left out the door. HORRIBLE SERVICE! This was the absolute worst und most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a contractor. DO NOT USE THEM! I had made an appt to have my dishwasher repaired. I called them and specifically asked if they work on a specific brand of dishwasher. They said yes and sent someone out. First of all, the window was btwn 2-4pm. The guy didn't show up till 8pm and stayed for almost 3 hrs. He had no clue and no experience with this specific dishwasher. So, they lied that they work on all brands. They just want your business. He finally seemed to have repaired the problem, but it lasted only 1 month and the same problem reappeared. I called and they sent out the same unknowledgable technician. The window was 4-6pm, he came at 7. After a couple of yours, could not fix the machine. Said he had to research the brand since he had never worked on them before. Their warranty states 90 days. After 30 days, it broke. After calling them and complaining, they wouldn't refund the money nor would they send someone out with knowledge of this dishwasher brand and rectify the issue. The manager/owner/customer service guy was not helpful and did not offer anything. I will report them to the BBB and sue them. I spent $260 and they didn't fix the problem.
