We used to bring our car to A1 Hand Car Wash almost every other week and for a while they did a really great job. Unfortunately, over time the prices continued to go up while the quality of service steadily went downhill. They stopped providing basic items that were supposed to be included, constantly claiming they were "out" of them. Paper floor mats were no longer being placed in the vehicle, windows were missed, vacuuming was incomplete, and overall the cleaning became extremely inconsistent, including frequently being out of the fragrance chips they used to provide. Almost every visit turned into us having to point out multiple things that were skipped before we could even leave. What became even more frustrating was how much longer the process started taking. We were paying premium prices yet receiving rushed and incomplete service while waiting longer and longer each visit. Eventually we contacted the manager directly because we had been loyal customers and simply wanted the service we were paying for. He told us to bring the car back and assured us he would "take care of it." When we returned, instead of correcting the poor experience, he offered us "half off" another wash, meaning we were still expected to pay again to fix a problem that should have been handled properly the first time. Even worse, after he quoted us a reduced price, the employee taking payment refused to honor it and tried charging us even more. At that point there was a long line behind us, and we were frustrated, embarrassed, and exhausted from arguing over something that never should have happened in the first place. We paid the extra amount, received the same sloppy and incomplete job they now normally provide, and left. That was the last time we ever went there and we will never return. We now make sure to tell our friends and family not to waste their money there either, and we felt it was important to share our experience here so others can avoid wasting both their time and money. The most disappointing part wasn't even just the poor cleaning quality. It was the complete lack of accountability and customer service after years of loyalty and a significant amount of money spent there over time. When a business charges high-end prices, customers expect high-end service. Unfortunately, that's no longer what this place provides.

Nic provided absolutely excellent service when I brought him my Audi RS7. The car was purchased…read morebrand new last summer, and I had the dealer apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Ceramic .. to protect it from damage. Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me. Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty. At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car. I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it. If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop. The quality of the work was exceptional. My Tesla looked fantastic when Sergio finished--the paint had a deep, glossy finish and the entire car looked better than ever. The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. One of the cars couldn't be finished in a single day (my fault not Luis'), and without hesitation Luis arranged to come back later to make sure everything was completed properly.
