Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I brought my quote from the dealer inside and talked to Johnny about my tire needs. He was very helpful and, in the end, ordered two tires for me to arrive the next morning. Unfortunately, the tires didn't arrive when expected, so I ended up going back later in the day. There would be a wait, so I chose to return the next day.
