I usually go to UPS if I can help it, because I hate having to come here. Sadly I had to return…read moresomething with a prepaid FedEx label. Staff usually not friendly, but today was on another level. The guy working Saturday mornings is incredibly unprofessional. I walked in and was ignored. He was talking with someone (another customer? A friend?) and complaining about customers and using a lot of curse words really loudly. All while I was standing there waiting to be helped. He never once acknowledged me. I just had a drop off but needed a receipt, so I just waited. Then someone else came in and I saw them use the kiosk to drop off a labeled package and they got a receipt from the kiosk. So I went over and did the same thing. But at no point did the employee suggest that I could do that, let alone acknowledge my existence. I hate coming here, and will continue to avoid it if I can.
