When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. Seems that they are going back to a few years ago with terrible reviews here.

His shop is amazing - all the crew is helpful - his machinery is top notch as is his excellence and know how. They also typically do not do embroidery for a one unit order, but he made the exception, which was really wonderful of him as I needed my medical school white coat embroidered and there aren't many places for embroidery in Marin County. I also got my coat back the following Monday. It was a very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend using Diaz Screen Printing and Embroidery!

Eventually, I was given an appointment during the week, but I couldn't make it because I work two jobs Monday through Friday. After sending a polite and well-written email, I received another appointment for a Saturday at 1:00 PM. That sounded great, but unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I arrived at their location, the business was closed. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. My texts went unanswered, and my calls initially went to voicemail. When they finally called me back, they told me they were at an event. There was no courtesy call, text, or email letting me know they needed to reschedule. They did offer to pick up my paperwork from my home, but by that point I was already in San Francisco specifically for this appointment. We eventually agreed that I would send over my request for two airbrushed T-shirts, but after three weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution, I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this business for individual customers looking for a small order. The lack of communication and professionalism was very discouraging
