I don't mind paying more for great and skilled services. I do mind not being told what you charge upfront, even if it's a ballpark, including disclosing ALL fees. Was more than triple website listed price (after tip). So be prepared for that. Price listed on website for single lobe piercing: $40. All fees disclosed only after service: 1 piercing- $40 Earring stud set: was quoted $30 at the time of choosing at store. They were actually over $100- since it was not fully disclosed that each separate component of the jewelry has its own price. Each earring back has a separate price than the front-facing studs themselves that attach to the set. This was not explained anywhere on the website or in the store. Total sticker shock when I got the bill. Tool fee, $5 (hmm). I've researched this and it's not common for piecers to charge you an extra tool fee. If you disclose it upfront - that's different. Listed on the website? Nope. Salt water spray, $10.50 (Should be presented as optional. This wasn't a recommendation. It was slammed on the counter like it was part of the package). Anyone can do their own salt water spray rinse at home. Yes it's convenient to get from the business. But should ask the customer and give them the option. Not force it on them. "Would you like a salt water spray to take home with you for after care? They're an extra $10.50". Me: sure thank you. Or me: No I'm good. You: properly explain after care to do at home. Would have really appreciated that consideration! Didn't use numbing agent or cold application before piercing. Didn't mentally prepare me for that before the piercing. It's just assumed that I knew or was ok with it getting pierced full-on pain. Surprise! (I've been to other piercers and this isn't the case). Not disclosing all fees upfront and giving costumers the option to make an informed decision and opt out of buying extras is not ethical business practice. Not informing your client that their piercing will be done without any numbing agents whatsoever before piercing is insensitive. I think this could be a better business with full disclosure and better communication. read more

Brittani is absolutely the best! I booked an appointment to get my rook and conch done and had a wonderful experience! The shop manager was so nice and helped me pick out the perfect jewelry for my new piercings. He held each one to my ear until I settled on one. After I picked out my jewelry, I was told to sit and fill out a piercing release form by scanning the QR code on the table. I think during this time they were sterilizing the jewelry pieces and getting the piercing station ready. She then called me back and she prepped her table with all the piercing tools. She marked where my rook and conch would go and after i was satisfied she began piercing. The pain level for both were about the same, I'd say a 7/10, but that might be because both piercings were on the same ear. It was just a lotttt of pressure but it went smoothly. She also adjusted where the conch would go at the last second because it would look better than where the dot originally was, and I'm glad she caught that! I trust her eye! After looking at the finished piercings in the mirror she walked me back to the front and rang me up for the jewelry and aftercare spray. She gave me aftercare instructions and when to come in for a downsize! The studio is super cute, easy to find, and there is a small parking lot in front of the shop, but I just walked over from Philz coffee shop. All the jewelry she has on display is top notch and beautiful, and if you don't see one in shop she'll order it for you! I've messaged Brittani on IG multiple times asking about prices and jewelry and she's always been responsive, which I appreciate! It's been awesome to see her grow her business and I'm happy to support someone that knows what they're doing!! Can't wait to add more to my ears! read more

I had no time for this so I sent my kids to her InstaGram account: BPYESWORLD and they were hooked and in love with the fact that they were gonna get a really cool experience with great earring choices~ (harder to decide once you are there) but appreciate the variety~much more than what is listed! She is Brittani: A young creative type who imagined & executed this cool fun, vibrant colored space with a female piercer. She offers you water when you arrive, even Her assistant that was working there was so nice and relaxing helping to decide the earrings ~it didn't feel as rushed as I thought maybe our time slot felt. Just SUPER chill. She is super cool and built out this place with her dad. I love it! So happy to support her. We had a really great experience and my kids were getting their cartilage pierced which really worried me about getting it done right. They are pretty straight laced kids so I just wanted THE best person, who'd get it right and explain how to care properly for it. Wow! What a great experience. I found out about Bpyesworld from a friend. I came here to get my tragus and an upper ear piercing. I also bought a piece of jewelry for a piercing I already had. BRITTANI IS AMAZING! I have multiple piercings. And most of them hurt which I expected once again. I know, not a way to start a review. However, I must say that to say this, Miss Brittani has proven me wrong (and I'm glad she did ). I removed my nose piercing about four+ years ago. I remember when I had it done many moons back, it was painful. My nose ran, my eyes watered and it hurt. Again, that's to be expected as you are poking through a sensitive part of your face, but I initially regretted it because it was so uncomfortable. Honestly, I missed it even though I thought it would be a little more difficult this time because there was probably some scar tissue. Regardless if that was or wasn't the case, I surely didn't know because it happened so fast and all I felt was pressure not pain. I swear Brittani was done in a matter of seconds. Very little swelling if any; there was a little bit of redness that went away within hours, and it's been less than a week, and it's awesome! I am amazed by her process, her knowledge and her cleanliness is on point... I doubt there's anybody better. If you're thinking about getting a piercing, make sure you consult with Brittani. She's passionate about what she does and that is what sets her apart. She'll talk you through the whole process (even if you already have multiple piercings), she makes no assumptions and very straightforward, up to and including how to care for your piercing for optimum healing.
