I had a tattoo that covered my entire arm (not exactly a sleeve but still took up a lot of space) done by Sam and I couldn't be happier. It actually makes me upset that I didn't find him sooner. I wanted a light line tattoo that was a mix of flowers and skulls and his drawing of it was perfect. I also wanted a skull butterfly and when the first drawing he showed me wasn't what I had in mind he went and drew out exactly what I was thinking of. On top of being incredibly talented he is also just a very nice guy. The owner of the shop was in working on another client and he was also just great to talk to and made the hours that I was there very enjoyable. Just got my first of many pieces by Sam! I absolutely am in love with his work. I was really nervous about getting a new tattoo since the last time I had gotten one (from another artist) but it was extremely painful. Called today in a panic, thought my nose piercing was infected. Unfortunately, the surrounding shops weren't available and this was time sensitive since I found out I'm expecting. I explained my situation and the guy I spoke too was very understanding, he told me to go in. When I got there, they were all soooo nice! The guy that removed my nose ring was quick and I felt no pain. Fortunately, he confirmed it was not infected, only growing a keloid. I've been here twice. Once for my tragus piercing and once for a red ink tattoo. My tragus piercing turned out wonderful but my tattoo, not so much. I came here on my birthday with hopes of getting a red ink butterfly tattoo on the back of my ankle. Now that it's healed, I see many inconsistencies. The bottom of my butterfly wings are not symmetrical, the lines within the wings to not align, one is even missing. Lines do not connect and the body of the butterfly was too deep, it is now scarred. Worst shop I've ever been to! I walked into the shop and was yelled at, by a worker because he thought I was someone he remembered. I did not remember this guy! Calling names and saying awful things about my character. Discriminating against me for having autism! His Co-workers did nothing to stop him and allowed him to yell at me until I cried! They asked me for my ID and publicly humiliated me in for of everyone in the shop! They could have handled it better, I am still a human! Deserved to be treated with kindness. Even if one of their workers found a reason not to like me. They choose to humiliate me and my character in front of everyone. Yes, I was turned away with no real reason, except one of the workers didn't like that I didn't remember him. He assumed I had a disability, and was making fun of me with a smile on his face! Even worse, I let them know I was put in the hospital for a concussion, and he stated I am an autistic person with a concussion! This time I had about a 90% sketch of what I wanted with a few questions about how to give it some depth and style. Although the overall design was relatively simple, Sam really understood what I was looking for. He was very patient as we tweaked one small shape over and over to get the right look. This place is legit! My first experience was with Ricky (the owner) who did my belly button piercing a few months ago and I've been meaning to write a review since. He was so accommodating on the phone and was able to squeeze me in that same day. He did a great job with my piercing and didn't try and sell me on the jewelry, but instead recommenced I go elsewhere for other better options. I love when businesses don't try to sell you everything in the shop. I respect that about Ricky. He's obviously not hurting for business. My second experience was with B.
