He is very professional, friendly, fast, very affordable, and super down to earth. When he leaves your home you feel like you not only have a electrician for life you can trust but a friend. BR Electric Team just hooked it up!!! I was going to do this install myself but I decided that I didn't want to take any chances so decided to call a pro. Called Brian based on Yelp reviews and you guys were right on point. I left him a message on Monday morning, called me back a few hours later to set a time to check my electrical infrastructure Wednesday evening. We sat a time to install for Friday morning. Brian is so down to earth. He's like that really cool kid in school that everyone gets along with. He was punctual and job was done clean! I own a small shop out in Livermore and I recently purchased a new Air Compressor and I needed it hooked up. I contacted BR Electric in the afternoon on a Wednesday and even tho my job was small and simple I was treated with much respect an urgency. Brian came out to my shop that same day assessed the situation and realized I needed a new breaker and that there was some potential issues with my panel that I should notify my landlord of... Shortly after he made a trip to get the parts I needed then returned to wire up my compressor. He even took the time to make sure the plug on the compressor was solid and that the cable was correctly secured. I wire up cars on a daily basis and I know what attention to detail and quality workmanship look like in vehicles and after watching Brian work it's safe to say he shares those same values! Because he has such a good memory, he remembers from one visit to the next exactly how our house is wired. This obviously helps a lot when he's troubleshooting a problem. I called for a quote and a date and time was set. After 2.5 hours of waiting past the agreed upon time, I left my house. I recieved a phone call about 15 minutes later asking if I was still around, which I was not. I understand people get busy and time flies when you are working on jobs so we set a meeting later in the evening the same day. BR did not show up or call. I am still waiting on some sort of phone call. It was a shame because based on the other reviews I thought I was going to find the perfect electrician...I guess I need to keep on looking. I really don't like writing poor reviews as I do not want to stand in the way of people making a living, but I felt it was needed and appropriate. An all-around great company to work with. BR Electric was incredibly responsive to our urgent request, communicated very efficiently with us throughout the process, and got someone out to assess the need and then did the required work beautifully. Brian communicated well with us over phone and text, and the field technician, Sean, did an excellent job helping us install a small transformer for our small business. We had another company cancel on us last-minute, and we had to scramble to find another company to get the work done quickly (within the day). After calling about a dozen electricians/companies, BR Electric was the only one who could send out an electrician same-day. PG&E have been working on our street (Morgan Drive) in San Ramon for weeks. This morning I woke up and 3/4 of the house was without power. I called Brian at BR Electric and he came out within 90 minutes and determined that the PG&E workers probably nicked the line coming into the house because the power box "lost a leg" to use his terminology. We need three fans installed in two of our upstair bedrooms and a home office and called another company we saw on Yelp. After being told that they would be available on a Monday, and us making time in our busy schedule, they told us on a Thursday they couldn't come on the Monday. We went back to Yelp, found BR Electric and left a message regarding our needs. Brian called back (pretty quickly) and asked if we would be around on Saturday, as it appeared Monday would not work. As I said yes, I also got ready to hear "it will cost more than a weekday" response from Brian, but I was happily surprised to hear that there would be no difference in cost. YEA! Brian came the next day to quote the job, which we found to be a fair price. When he arrived on Saturday, he took great pains to be neat and to clean up after himself. He also was open to price neogiation when the job turned out to be a little more complicated than he originally anticipated (and we knew might occur). I found Brian on Yelp, and he lived up to the hype. My wife and I had Matt and Brian hang our TV in our living room. They pulled electric like 4 feet horizontally and then another 5 feet vertically ... without damaging the drywall. The TV looks phenomenal, all of the wiring is invisible, and we didn't have to hire someone to patch/texture/paint. Bottom line: they showed up when they said they'd show up. I just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to BR Electric and the Owner Brian Ramirez who made my entertaining area under my awning amazing. It is winter and I want to be outside watching more than inside. He hung my TV secure on the studs. Brought a double outlet box from the inside to the outside wall and made the TV to where no wires were showing. The best part was his suggestion to put LED light strips on the back of the TV that light up the wall behind the TV that gives off an awesome look. I hired Brian from BR Electric after we could not get our overhead lights in living room and bedroom working. We found this company quite by accident . While shopping at the supermarket we saw a man with a t-shirt sporting "BR Electric" on it. In need of an electrician for upgrades for a home we purchased in Dublin, my husband and I approached him and got a business card. Our plan was to call several electricians to get bids on the work. My fountain in my backyard stopped working and I noticed that the green light on the GFI was not on and a reset wasn't working. Also, the arbor lights were on a dusk/dawn sensor and I wanted to change it to just a simple switch. I read the reviews and decided to call BR electric.
