And they couldn't duplicate the problem, although I had the same issue when leaving for home. I live in another city so I couldn't schedule it back in. As far as service outfit, they just didn't care. I contacted First Klass Transmission by phone and John suggested a quick fix, that worked, cost me$15 for a bottle of posi diff fluid, never had another problem. Sold my Rav4, later that year. Will not use that dealer again.

They'll treat you right and give you a great price. I paid just around 300$ for a windshield, and got an apt that week. The second time I went to Hilltop Toyota (god forbid), I had the turn signal arm and two seatbelts replaced. After picking up my truck the traction control light was still on. Had to wait another hour for them to fix it, as the mechanic did not wire the steering wheel on correctly. After the manager fixed the traction control light, he didn't bother checking the rest of the mechanics work. After getting home I realized the mechanic also failed to attach the door panel after installing the seat belt- and the door handle did not work. I insisted for a total refund on the labor, but Hilltop Toyota would only refund me for a small portion of the labor (~$200) (which is nothing on the two thousand dollar job I paid for). These people are not detail oriented. They want their bonus and to kick you out of the door. Save yourself!!! Less than 1 star.

Scam. They sold me…read more& my ex a lemon. We were interested in one car but they pushed this other car on us. A few weeks later we dumped $2700 into fixing all the issues with this car. AB refused to acknowledge or accept any responsibility for the piece of crap car they sold us. They accused us of being to hard on the car. The only way we would've caused that much damage that quickly was if we were riding on a dirt bike track with it. Struts were shot, suspension was shot, traction control was shot, ABS was shot & brakes were almost metal on metal. They also made promises they never kept. When we called them on their promises they denied ever making them. I will never deal with or recommend this company to anyone.

Well the business didn't UPDATE their address so we went to the old one downtown which made us even more late by 15 minutes. By the time the manager finally got off the phone which was another 10 minutes later he wouldn't even come out to talk to me at first he kept getting his worker to do it. Told them to tell me I could rent a hotel and do it tomorrow. I explained my situation and said hey if they couldn't have taken me I was ok but they wasted 30-45 minutes of my time and I could have found another business willing to do it. He kept fighting me and I was ok with walking, but he did a super JERK move knowing he was going to pick my ride apart and find any little thing to fail it! Well that's what he did and we were out 2 hours and $200. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone coming here because I have never met a business that says just come by whenever then gets mad when you do show up a little late on their own behalf of not updating their address for people to know. Next time just be upfront and tell someone you can't do it instead of waste our time and money.

Was told he didn't install fuses or ground it properly, wired it completely wrong, and a fire could have erupted at any time. The only reason I went to Stan's was because he was supposed to be superior at car electrical - instead he is a death hazard! And I was stuck waiting for an extra 4 hours longer than when he said it would take, so the job took twice as long, and wasn't even complete. Now I have to try to get recompensed for a job he didn't even do....
