He was kind when my 'imagination' for a rolling manual 'barn door' gate offering ideas and 'thumbs down' when not practical. Due to COVID, my job was delayed due to the many previously waiting customers' jobs being held off due to restrictions. Thankfully for me, my job was finished before the rainy winter season! Not only did I receive attentive friendly service, the job site was left clean and above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and Ron for their work!

The pictures show the repairs needed and the shockingly bad repairs. I am particularly concerned about the notching of the new support posts, two of which had a depth of about 25% while a third was reduced by what looks like about 50%. I cannot see how the strength of the posts are not severely undermined. The posts are at different heights, the panels appear crooked, and I do not think that the pole in post method promised was used. The fence looks ugly.

We got about 3 bids, and Mr Holmans was a bit higher. The results speak for themselves, the difference was worth it. Take a look at the pictures of other fences the company has built and you will see that this is quality workmanship. When he looked at the old gate he pointed out a big construction error concerning how the big gate was originally hung and why it was starting to lean. As soon as he pointed that out we knew this was the company to hire. Mr Holman knows how to build fences.

It seemed that their workers were prioritizing the completion of their tasks to attend the company party. They informed me that my floor required an additional $5,500 for repairs. Despite this, the floor still exhibits signs of unevenness. The stairs, which were supposed to be high-end, were of substandard quality, and the company had to return to complete the job. However, the work was still under warranty, but it cost an additional $4,000 to fix the squeaking floor they created. The final caulking of the stairs was also unsatisfactory. The caulking of the trim was never completed. I had to hire an electrician to fix their mistakes, which cost several thousand dollars, as they are not certified electricians. Regarding the painting, I noticed several areas where the trim was overpainted and areas that were not adequately painted. I did not receive the high-end quality I expected. I had asked them not to ask me to provide a review, but I keep receiving notices, so I am providing one here.

Everything looks beautiful and long lasting. Rene checked in with us several times throughout the project to make sure that we were happy with work. They even redid some of the stonework when it wasn't quite what I was looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt our money was well spent. Their estimate was more expensive than some of the others I received, however Rene worked with us to stay near our budget. It also did not change after the project started. We paid exactly what we agreed upon in the beginning. I honestly feel like it was well worth it because the other companies I contacted didn't seem to understand exactly what I wanted and they also gave vague estimates (some without actually measuring). The initial work was great but it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with Renee due to extremely slow responses or completely neglecting to respond. They did such a good job initially even though the communication was bad I figured I would hire them for regular service. They were charging me a $270.00 a service to come out and mow a tiny back yard and do weed pulling. I found out later that tree, hedge, and garden bed maintenance was not part of the service and that was all additional. I paid them to do more work and again just completely fell short. Now the quality is also getting bad and they keep asking for more money even when some of their last projects here are not working (a gate). Also I have requested numerous times for the em to stop filling up my yard waste bin with their other clients yard waste. The city won't pick it up because it's too heavy and Renee week after week continues to tell me it will get emptied and never does.
