Completed before I could check & counter - so I just went with it. Looking down from the top, post caps were put on askew & trellis rails not nailed down properly. After about a year, multiple posts warped. Those were fixed. Now my gate is completely off & unusable as the post has split. They refuse to fix. Lesson - the warranty doesn't really cover much. While it does state "5 year warranty on all posts" it also states that they won't cover "Swelling, sagging, shrinking, warping, cracking or splitting of wood". So what does the warranty cover? Our old fence stood for well over 15 years without issue.

I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon.
