After a week of them having my truck, I get it back and it shifts even harder. Less than 40 miles of travel my truck is no longer driveable, shuts itself off because the transmission gets hot from not having enough fluid. Side servo was not replaced and still leaks, the filter and fluid were not changed either. I basically paid them $400 to replace the cables and destroy my transmission! When I talked to them about it they decided that my transmission needed to be replaced and of course, it will cost more money. ABSOLUTELY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!

Somehow, the brand new O'Reillys battery I had just bought for him was not there. The battery in it now was an off brand battery that can only be bought online. No one around here carries that battery. Had to buy another new battery. I called to complain about this and they said that it was likely stolen by thieves in our neighborhood. I know this is not true. If it is, I am thankful to the thieves for taking the time to replace the stolen battery with another battery to help us get through the day. Yes, they STOLE the new battery!! My 19 year old son is a submariner in the US Navy and was on his way to report to Bangor, Washington today when much to his surprise, his 9 month old transmission with less that 20,000 miles on it died in SOUTH DAKOTA!!! He had to buy a $600 plane ticket to finish the trip. RICKY HILL, thanks for your support of our troops and sailors. I just wanted the codes, $35 is steep for them to scan a computer. I wait for a technician, and the receptionist Shelly or Shelby, let's the technician Chris know what's going on. She also makes it well known that she just wants him to give me the codes with no other information. And says she wants him to do nothing more for me. That's fine. I didn't pay. She hands Chris the scanner and Chris walks away without saying a thing to me. He scans my car and has yet to say a word. He reads me my codes and goes about with his day.
