I could have sent these customers anywhere and they would have bought. I assumed Robert Cobb Motors had a good reputation etc... I called and spoke with Bernardo (the salesman) everytime before I sent these folks to him. I wanted to verify he was there to help them and confirm id receive my referral check. After calling and getting the run around for 6-8 weeks and speaking to 4 different people, I have yet to receive anything. It's pitiful they are not willing to do what any other car dealership does to show gratitude for the free business and potential life long customers, repeat business and future referrals they would receive from these customers and myself. Needless to say, I don't see myself sending anyone else there ever again unless they decide to make things right. I can plug them with 5-10 deals a month. That's alot of free business plus how it would grow from there spouses, kids and relatives getting sent there. Apparently they are not interested in selling more than what they ate or growing their business.

Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0.
