When I brought my dog to Janna at Hair of the Dog, Janna was immediately concerned. She took the time to completely remove my dog's undercoat, and cut away hair that was hopelessly matted. Janna also trimmed my dog's nails, which is not an easy task, since my dog really dislikes it. When I picked up my dog I couldn't believe how much better she looked. All that nasty undercoat had been removed and "feathers" trimmed. I can't remember her looking so good since she was a puppy. Janna was so friendly to me and my dog. I know when my dog has not been treated well (yes, she speaks to me and is a diva!).

I had been searching for a mobile groomer because it's tough to take both pups at the same time and my rescue doesn't get along with other dogs and that can be an issue taking her. Shane was on time, so nice and gentle and their nails were done better than any of the groomers we've been to around here. My mastiff did so well with him despite it being their first meeting!
