I should have known it was too good to be true with the pricing. It's a MONTH later, and I still am waiting for my checks to arrive. I have called twice and gotten the run around about the 10-15 shipping days (the website specifically says 5-10), about Saturday and Sunday don't "count" even though the USPS does indeed ship on Saturdays. When I asked if they could tell me what the tracking said for arrival, I was told I was not privy to that information. What? I asked if there was actually tracking, and both people skirted the question and gave me the date my checks were shipped. If the checks ever come, I can hope they will be okay to use. I have ordered many items (usually Christmas gifts) from Bradford in the past. Well I ordered some checks awhile back and noticed on my bank statement a charge for $16.95 to Bradford rewards. Apparently they enrolled me in a rewards program without my knowledge. I called many times as well as emailed them. They keep saying they will refund the $16.95 but as of now I still haven't received one. Online reviews for the Bradford exchange are not good. When did they start these dirty tactics? My checks had errors. I was told they'll look into it but there's no guarantee as to when they'll get back to me. The error wasn't a typo, nor a miskeyed error on my side. Absolutely incompetent company. I ordered checks online and it asked me to scan the check. I did so but found it strange it didn't give me a full preview before I hit submit. Sure enough, I get an email threatening to cancel if I don't provide the full information to them. So I call I. And spend 20 minutes going over everything again. The rep said I was good to go and should get the checks by the end of January. This morning, I get an email that my order was cancelled for lack of information (?!!?). Too many requests for one to click on unneeded upgrades. Screen after screen tries to upsell the customer to buy "luxury" shipping or "special" checks. Too much waiting if one buys the Standard Shipping. 15 business days from the time of shipping. Too much hassle for something so simple as checks...especially when most folks don't use checks anymore. I get the flyer in the clip magazine and I go to order checks for 3.50 free standard shipping and free 2nd and 4th box. the total comes to over 30 dollars and I never got to put in the coupon code. they then charged me. I got no confirmation email, so I called the following morning and got a rude man telling me I did not order checks, yet it is on my bank statement. Ordered checks gor the first time from Bradford. Checks came through with my wife's name spelled wrong. First customer service agent said they would replace them. I had to call back as I didn't have checks on me to verify routing number. ( I opted for a call back as opposed to staying on hold). I called back with checks in front of me and was told since they were ordered on line, they would reprint if I paid for them again. I was told they make no changes to online orders. I asked why the routing number was different, I was told it was as I entered it. It is not. Requested to speak with a manger 3 times. I ordered 2 sets of check with a woman on the phone. One set had a decoration error. (pine tree design vs. palm tree design-which is what I wanted!) I called to request replacement checks. The first lady heard my concern, she put me on mute and let the clock run and then she disconnected me. They cashed my check and then I subsequently got a mailed notice from them that I owed TRIPLE and they wouldn't process the order until they received the "balance." I called and they said that I was a returning customer and they couldn't give me the new customer discount. I didn't recall ordering from them before and asked for that information. Very bad customer service. I had an issue with the separated shipping of my order of 4 pkgs of checks. I called prior to ordering and asked if they were shipped together. I was told yes. Only if I ordered an accessory -checkbook cover /label those would be. Received 3 packs of checks in one day and another 4 days later. The check number of course that o requested of course received last. Because they said they wouldn't be separated I called in a panic thinking my account would be compromised. Instead of compassion and a thorough explanation, I got read a script then a raised voice, insensitivity, aggravation and a hang up. Never will I use this company EVER again.
